After a week-long stay, I found the Watership Inn to be nothing more than adequate. Negatives: small dark room, cheap uncomfortable mattress, skimpy breakfast, truly horrible coffee, outdated decor (not antiques, more like lots of ugly bric-a-brac), and an awkward staff who seemed not to understand basics of customer service. Positives: low price by PTown standards, very convenient location. If... More

Was caught flat footed without a place to stay over a long holiday weekend. They were more than accomodating to waive the 5 night minimum and offer a room normally reserved for staff. For that, I'm very greatful. We didn't have much interaction with other guests nor staff. The shared bathroom had adequate water pressure and even leveled floors. Only... More

Have been staying here for about 30 years. It is very clean, centrally located, with a helpful, friendly staff. Rooms are bright and cheerful, nicely decorated. Located close to many of my favorite restaurants and shopping, bike access and so much more.

My partner and I have been going to Ptown for 15 years, and have stay at the Watership Inn each year. Rick and the crew are extremely nice, and go out of there way to make your stay memorable! We love it there and hope their efforts are recognized!!!!

We stayed here during our annual Ptown trip, as we did the past two years. Watership Inn has the perfect mid-town location, but off of both Bradford and Commercial Sts. Its is surprisingly quiet given its central location. The room prices are more or less standard for Provincetown and you really cannot stay anyplace less expensive for what you get.... More

My husband and I spent a few days at this inn and love it..staff was so friendly and adorably nice. Everything was great for us. Accommodating and simple was the perfect combination. Very close to the great Commercial Street, we had fun and enjoy and will be back, hopefully soon!

Three of us recently stayed here during our recent trip to the Outer Cape. We booked two separate but nearby rooms at this inn, where we have stayed many times before. I have always liked the Watership: their rates are comparable to other similar inns, if not slightly better, and you can book online or by phone. They require a... More

I have stayed here several times over the past year. I like the location and its proximity to the majority of locations I like to go to while in the area. The rooms are nice and cozy and come with tv/refrigerators so I can keep some goodies close bye. The staff is wonderful, kind,, a joy to deal with, and... More

My partner and I have stayed at this location on three occasions and have been well satisfied with each stay. The Inn is located off of the main drag but well within easy walking distance to just about all of the local places you'll want to visit (clubs, restaurants, shopping). As such, P'town's night activity wont invade your slumber. The... More

“3rd floor rooms will have eaves upon which to guard banging your head against. Watch for "steps up and down" which are unmarked and potentially dangerous. Our room had a very steep staircase when entering. Outside deck was large and offered great views of the night sky, and Pilgrim Monument Tower.”
