I stayed at this hotel for a weekend. The room was very small. We requested a first floor room due to disabilities and we were put on the 2nd floor. There isn't an elevator so we had to carry our luggage upstairs. In our room there were bug traps on the floor by the head of our beds. The bathroom was...

We had been here many years ago for a conference and had fond memories. The hotel amenities in the rooms are nice, but not outstanding. Everything is clean and somewhat dated. The common space is what sets this place apart from everyone else. The long halls are covered in amazing wall murals depicting the early days of Provincetown. These paintings...

Stayed for thanksgiving weekend.room was painfully small with stains on the dresser, the room was just not clean but the worst was the bathroom so dirty, small peeling paint, soap scrum, stains and so much more I would expect much more from a hotel this nice with such strong roots to the town.breakfast was good..

I have stayed at the Provincetown Inn several times over the past 20 years, including a few stays during the annual Provincetown Roundup. Last month I experienced the best service yet! My room included a balcony with spectacular water views of the harbor, the Pilgrim Monument, and gorgeous sunrises over Long Point Lighthouse. The Inn is uniquely situated at the...

I struggled with how to best review this property. On the one hand, I prefer hotels with modern, sparkling fixtures and furnishings and luxurious linens. On the other, I love Provincetown for its old, musty charm. While I didn't get the former preference, Provincetown Inn made up for it with the latter. We stayed in the "old" section of the...

Every year without fail. It is such a pleasure to stay at the Inn. Rooms on the water. Sea air and silence. The service of the front desk manager(Joy!) is amazing. On task and committed to excellent and prompt problem solving. In a time when customer service is scarce she makes it her top priority. I love the historic inn,...

We spent a weekend at The Provincetown Inn for a family wedding. We booked one of the 2 large suites, with a king sized bed, and pull out sofa, plus living room/kitchen area. The bathroom was inside the bedroom, which was less than idea for our kids coming in and out of the room. There was a nice sized table,...

Hi Colleen L, Let's do this again - but next time let's do the Wood End Suite. The kitchenette is smaller but there are two bathrooms! Yes, two...so sorry you had that experience. Renovation is ongoing, we host many guests each year and to maintain a property this size can be a challenge. Not everyone treat the rooms/areas the way...

Went to see to relax for the weekend and got to see Dahlia flower show and I meet the nicest employee Joy. She had incredible customer service and I felt like family here. I have stayed here before and she is a true asset here. Their rooms have a great view of the bay or the light house. We like...

I have been here many times before....with my husband,a business associate and a girls week away. The location is great with a three sided view. The breakfast offered was good. My only complaint was the price seemed to be high considering it was off season...October.
