We had a family reunion combined with an event at Mount Holyoke College and took all four of Ann's available rooms. I had stayed here twice before and recommended it to members of our group. Everyone was delighted with the comfort and charm of this historic establishment.

My wife and I recently stayed here for the second time and again enjoyed Ann's hospitality and her wonderful breakfasts. We will return to this very convenient B&B if we visit South Hadley again. The only caution is that rooms are on the second floor and the stairs are steep. People with mobility restrictions would have difficulty.

We were only able to stay one night as we were in town to check out Mt. Holyoke with our daughter. We parked around back, walked the flagstone path (watch out for those with roller cases it's beautiful yet bumpy) to the front of the house where a note was on the front door, welcoming us and directing us to...

We stayed for four nights over the Christmas holiday. The house is an elegant historic structure in a great location, an easy walk to Mount Holyoke College and the South Hadley village green. The proprietors are friendly and helpful. The inn is tastefully furnished. Some B&B's overdo it with the antiques and doilies, but this place has just the right...

This was a backup to my usual backup hotel when I stay in the area (I visit the Pioneer Valley 4 times a year or so). My room was very comfortable, although it wasn't the room that I'd actually reserved---they all seemed comparable, so I didn't mention it to the proprietor. There was a pretty gas fireplace in my room...

The owner, Ann, is very nice. She had to flag us down from her patio as the house faces College street which changes to Woodbridge street right there but could also be mistaken for Silver street. Whew! She helped with our bags, which was very nice as my sister had a swollen ankle. The room was very comfortable with the...

Spent a wonderful evening and morning. The house itself is a beautifully restored (1795) two+ story. The decor is charming. Perhaps the best feature is the balcony, with table and chairs that overlook the Mount Holyoke playing fields. Spent over an hour on the deck with my daughter and a friend of hers snacking on cheese and fruit (we bought...

Stayed here while attending a conference at Mt Holyoke. Easy 10 min walk to meeting room. Comfortable accommodations. Nice breakfast. Owner very pleasant. Would definitely stay here again. If you are bothered by road noise, ask for a room in the back part of the house. Was not a problem for me, but might be for some.

My daughter and I used the Daniel Stebbins House as our base of operations during a recent college visit. Anne went well out of her way to make sure everything about our stay was delightful. She cheerfully customized breakfast to match our food restrictions and helped us plan our itinerary. When, after our departure, she discovered that I'd left one...

A friend and I stayed here while doing research at Mount Holyoke College. Ann is a perfect host! Comfort mixes with historic appeal, as beds are good, showers are good (and private!), and you can walk anywhere in South Hadley. I want to have my family stay here when the research is finished!!
