I just wanted to take a moment to share my amazing experience at Tokeh Resorts. The staff was absolutely incredible, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The Internet is fast with a very high speed.And let me tell you, the environment was beyond breathtaking! It exceeded all my expectations. The overall decency and professionalism of everyone there was top-notch. I can't wait to go back and experience it all over again! 😊🌟🌴🌊

Super cool view and the staff were really friendly. The room is very clean and spacious. The food is to die for. Would definitely recommend it. On a downside, when it rains the roads easily flood. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway

we stayed 4 nights at the hotel in one of their chalets at the beach front ... it's priceless to wake up at 7am and the first thing you do is to take a swim in absolutely clear water across a fine white sandy beach, followed by a coffee at the terrace restaurant ... Sierra Leone's beaches are totally underrated and this place is a lovely place to experience these as well as the friendliness of local staff and the surrounding villages

Simply put - I love The Place at Tokeh Beach!!! Every year I look forward to returning here after the Street Child Makeni Marathon - the staff always offer you a warm welcome and try to be as attentive as possible! The chalets are unreal, spacious, well decorated and so comfortable. The food is incredible, breakfast always offered a great selection and the seafood platter is a must: lobster, calamari, shrimps and fish - all locally sourced from the village. The cocktails were also a real treat, highly recommend the mojitos! And the beach - Wow, go see it for yourself

I have stayed here many times and it is always a great joy to come back. Given all Sierra Leone’s issues it’s a sanctuary where I feel safe and protected by the staff. They are all smiling and friendly - especially the lovely Edward. The service is good which is a relief when working in this amazing country. I love that that staff are locals from Tokeh. It’s expensive but it’s worth it and you can always pop into the village for a value meal or some water.

Street Child has been coming to the Place every year for about a decade… and it is the perfect antidote to all the chaos and frenzy of our annual Makeni marathon. Its location on Tokeh Beach is simply outstanding, but more importantly, its staff are generous and attentive to a fault. The chalets are spacious and well-equipped... and even the standard-priced ones are a mere stone's throw away from the ocean. The most challenging thing about the Place is having to leave it at the end of our stay...

A nice place on a beautiful beach. Rooms comfortable and clean but definitely not five star material. Food average at best. The internet completely unreliable. Not my definition of paradise but functional. The best thing was the service which was excellent.

However, we were disappointed to hear that you found our food to be average and our internet to be unreliable. Regarding the issue with the internet, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We would like to assure you that our internet is very good and we are surprised to hear that you found it to be unreliable. We run 24x7 on generators and the changeover process can cause internet to go off for some time. We have already ordered a device which will arrive soon and will help us to provide a steady & reliable internet connection to our guests. As for the food, we are sorry that it did not meet your expectations. We always strive to provide the best dining experience to our guests and we will take your feedback into consideration to improve our food offerings. We appreciate your feedback and we are glad that you acknowledged the challenges we face in our remote location. I recently visited this place with issadin K, the food at the resort was absolutely delicious, and I was blown away by the variety and quality of the meals. From fresh seafood to local delicacies, every dish was prepared with care and attention to detail. I particularly enjoyed dining on the outdoor terrace overlooking the stunning ocean views, which made for the perfect ambiance to savor delicious meals.
