Can't ask for a better experience. No matter why you travel staying at this Hyatt House always makes your trip easier. There are newspapers available and coffee machines in all rooms. Having a large refridgerator means being able to hold everything not like those smaller usual hotel ones. The sink even has a garbage disposal, ours needed some adjustment and the...

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights when in Boston to visit our daughter. The suite was very roomy and clean. The breakfasts are plentiful, even offering freshly made omelettes to order. Staff was very accommodating. A few supplies ran low and were not replenished in a timely manner and the manager adjusted our bill for the inconvenience. We...

I booked our family into this "non-smoking" hotel and was a little surprised to see what appeared to be some sort of risque party going on in suite close to ours. After 11PM, when we were in bed, the smell of hash began to waft throughout the hallway and into our room. The smell was noticeable all night. We moved...

We stayed in from the 18 thru 21of November. We were visiting various college campus the first day and checked in late that evening. Mark, the Front Desk Receptionist was very gracious and helpful. He immediately provided us with bottles of water for the whole family free of charge. Also, the Bartender/Kitchen Attendant was very friendly as well and took...

We stayed at the Hyatt House for 4 nights, and they upgraded us to a 2-bedroom suite. It was perfect - like being in a 2-bedroom apartment, with a full kitchen. Layout and furniture design was very smart, everything designed for practicality and comfort. Great beds! The only little hickup was that there was only a summer blanket on each...

Booked a two bedroom with 3 king-size beds for a trip with my family. The only such room in the hotel smelled like human excrement, so we asked for another room. We were given a slightly smaller room with 2 kings (not ideal for our family of 5, but we were willing to try). That one was a SMOKING room...

I have stayed here many times. Years ago when it was Hyatt Summerfield Suites it was very good. Since it became Hyatt House, it has become very run down. I don't mind dated decor. I do mind worn out and dirty. Furniture and carpeting needs to be replaced. Sofas are worn out and uncomfortable. Beds need new mattresses. I was...

I would like to first thank you for your feedback but most of all would like to apologize for the experience that you had while here at the Hyatt House. We have begun a process of deep cleaning, maintaining and painting our guest rooms to get them back to the quality and standard that you once knew. I request that...
