Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This place is bad. Like really bad. There are rats on the floor. Roaches on the bed. Gorilla in the shower. A killer knocking on my door shot it down. The night manger is also rude. Don’t stay here ever or you will want to leave. This place is dangerous.

This place is an experiment that hasn't yet been finished. There is no one on staff at any time! If you have a questions, issue or problem there is no one. You get checked in by video with someone in another country that may/may not speak English. A lot of standard amenities are not available- There is no lobby or place to gather, no maid service , no tissues in the rooms, phones that dont work, doors that lock with difficulty, No one available to ask "where can I get something to eat" or. can I have another set of towels. etc. There is old metal furniture outside you could sit on that is in the parking lot. Our keys stopped working on day 2 and had to be re issued. There is no coffee or tea or vending machines. If that isn't enough, there is no dresser or closet to hang your clothes. No where to put anything. There than that,, the beds are clean and comfortable- but that is it. They should lower the price while they work out the kinks or wait until they are finished figuring out their product

the inn has been a great place to stay over the years. housekeeping staff are friendly and accommodating however this year, new ownership has let it become somewhat decrepit and when we arrived we learned that breakfast was not offered again after covid even though it is still advertised as a B&B. we were disappointed in that. the bed was still clean and comfortable and the sweet lady who appears to do everything was still wonderful!

Most poorly managed place I have ever stayed. The majority of the time the desk is unattended with a "be right back" sign. Not handicapped accessible at all. Rooms are on 3 floors with no elevator. They don't even have complimentary coffee in the morning. They have two washers in the laundry room. Neither one was working. I resided here a few months 30 years ago. Evidently there has been little upkeep since. It still has the same carpets which are quite dingy. The toilets have low water pressure and have to be flushed two or three times to flush completely. We definitely will not return.

Pros: -Super friendly staff -Laundry facilities on-site ($5.75 for wash and dry) -Recreation room -Kitchen area -Comfortable room and bed -Large bathroom -Lots of storage space in rooms -A/C unit is good -Rooms come with mini-fridge and microwave -No vending machines, but they do sell drinks at the front desk -Parking lot has room for over-sized vehicles -Tables and chairs outside Cons: -Room was not cleaned well (chicken bones under desk, food and empty Coke can under bed, fridge and microwave had food residue) -Internet is pretty terrible, especially if you are located far away from the router, which is presumably on the first floor (I was in room 30)

We stopped here for the night on our way to Cape Cod. It was very reasonable, clean, and comfortable. Great place for a overnight at a great price. I would stay here again if I was traveling through the area.

As a Nor'easter rolled in, I decided to get a room near work so I wouldn't have to drive home or in the next morning. The room was fine. When I arose to go to work, the parking lot had eight inches of snow. I asked the innkeeper when it would be plowed. He said the plow had come at 10pm the night before would return in the evening. He said it was fine. I keep a shovel in my car and for the next hour, shoveled a path to the road. By myself. The innkeeper's wife stood on the porch taking pictures of the snow in the parking lot. Arrived at work late and very sore.

Affordable friendly family run inn. We enjoyed the personal help and touches that Rich and Linae extended to the 4 of us. Their housekeeper Michelle went above and beyond in also meeting any requests we had.

We left Boston late and stayed at Westborough Inn overnight on our way to Hyde Park. Like a home away from home. Comfy and cozy rooms with communal areas downstairs that included a big self-serve kitchen, dining tables, pool table, couches, TV, and laundry facilities. A refreshing departure from sterile hotel rooms.
