Helpful, friendly innkeepers. the location in Williamstown is great, restaurants within short walk, close to shopping and Clark Art Institute. Cozy room, Netflix app on in-room TVs. Enjoyed our stay, will return.

Friendly warm greeting, comfortable beds, clean room, close to all Williamstown amenities, reasonable prices, what more can you ask for. The beds were almost brand new. There were beautiful Indian curtains on the windows. We were very close to the Clark museum, Williams College and wonderful restayrants. A nice continental breakfast was available.

We had to be in Williamstown overnight and we're searching for a room for a good price but that people liked and this is it. Rooms are simple but super clean and the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Paul the owner is so friendly and enthusiastic. Great spread for breakfast including all sorts of breads and sweets but...

Very hospitable staff and a fantastic breakfast spread. We stayed in the infamous Willows Cottage - a structure with just two stories that offers unlimited amounts of fun and quaintness. Most stayers would say: 10/10. I say, 100/10.

My roommates and I traveled up to the Berkshires from New York for Williams College's homecoming, and could not be happier with our accommodations at the Willows. Paul, the owner and operator, was understanding of our late arrival and our late departure, and even provided us with a little goodie bag when we got there: some wine, chocolates, and plenty...

The hotels were booked up so we decided on the Willow motel. It turned out to be a great decision. The host Bhupinder Sabarwal gave us a great rate and next...

Our plane was late so we got to motel at 10:45 PM-- we were tired and thirsty and hungry. The host was so nice he gave us bottles of water and fresh fruit: bananas, peaches and plums-- just what my daughter wanted. The next morning the breakfast was great --more fresh fruit as above as well as blueberries, raspberries, strawberries,...

We really enjoyed our stay at the Willows. The room was very nice with brand-new very comfortable mattresses. The bathrooms were stocked with plush towels. But the best part of all is the management. Paul, and his father, are incredibly gracious hosts continuously going out of their way to make their guests comfortable. And the healthy breakfast, consisting of an...
