We stayed here for a week in October. I had booked a Hotel in Peabody but canceled in favour of this. WORST MISTAKE!! Very misleading, the room advertised had a separate seating lounge..which was just what we needed as our daughter has a disability and does not sleep too well so having the extra space was ideal. This was not... More

Skyrocket, I apologize that your stay was not everything that you hoped it would be. My suggestion for next time would be to make sure that you select the correct room as based from our records, you had booked 215, a room with two beds and a seating area and not 218 which costs extra because it has a pull... We stayed here for an overnight in November. The valet at the front door greeted us so nicely. He was a younger man and could not have been more accommodating. He helped us with our luggage, got us help being checked in, and offered to go out to put the parking pass in our car. The room was spotlessly clean.... More

Great charming hotel. Very very clean and comfortable room. The staff were very helpful, polite and efficient.. The restaurant served exceptionally good food. The sea food was very delicious. Very reasonably priced.

A really homey, friendly, and comfortable place convenient to the airport but in a very pleasant residential neighborhood. Easy to access by subway and bus, but note that the bus that serves the neighborhood does not accept the Boston transit "Charlie" card, which was an inconvenience. The hotel will arrange a great bargain flat rate taxi ride to the airport,... More

We had to stay one night in Boston before heading home and were looking for a place near the Logan Airport at a reasonable price. We booked this place online due to their good reviews. We typically would stay at one of those flagship hotels but thought this could be a nice change. The room is a bit small than... More

A truly unusual find for the adventurous! Don't expect plush or fancy, but even so --- a very interesting alternative to the standard hotel room at this price point. More like a bed and breakfast - but with a restaurant and no breakfast (go figure). Its a partially renovated inn with owner on premises making sure everyone gets what they... More

We stayed there from from October 6th thru October 9th 2016,, lobby is nice.. 2nd floor rooms are small but nice and remodeled... 3rd floor looks like 1962 ..paint peeling everywhere.. wiring all exposed hanging down... You wouldn't believe the condition even if I posted pictures... supposedly its under rehab.. 3rd floor should never be rented out. our relatives stayed... More

Upon entering this warm, inviting hotel after an exhausting day of travel, we instantly felt as if we had come home. After checking in, our luggage was instantly taken to our room and an abundant amount of information about dining in the restaurant was provided. After settling in our room, we returned to the restaurant where the hostess promptly seated... More

Friendly Staff, beautiful hotel, great food - wonderful stay during Halloween! Close to the airport, Boston and Salem, and across the street from the ocean. Safe, quiet community within walking distance of Jack's Restaurant for breakfast - yum! Thanks Dr. Dave, Tony and team for your warm welcome and hospitality!

The Winthrop Arms is such a hidden gem. Located in beautiful quaint Winthrop by the Sea, this place has it all, immaculately clean rooms, excellent restaurant (best seafood in and around Boston, family owned and operated. It is a hop, skip and a jump into Boston. Love, love, love this place. Can't wait for my return trip next year !!
