This is not a luxury property BUT the cleanliness and staff make for a very nice stay. We stayed in Rm 13 for 5 nites and found it more than adequate. There was a large area adjacent to the room for our dog to explore, room was spacious and very clean. Did not notice any traffic noise even tho right... More

Do not stay here. Run down, dirty, worn out beds and bad management I stayed here on business during the week. The owners kids had a party behind the guest rooms- keeping everyone awake. The owner did not answer the phone so I got dressed went to the office and buzzed her. She was truly inconvenienced and acted like I... More

A clean, warm bedroom, HOT showers, and very friendly staff. Not the most romantic of places to stay in Bellaire, but it is more than enough for someone traveling solo, with family, or a small group of friends. Very Affordable. Less than a mile from Short's Brewing Co.'s Tap Room and other great attractions.

A friend and I headed up to Bellaire to go to Short's Halloween party and wanted to stay somewhere close just in case the party was too fun :) (which it was) The All Seasons motel was perfect. Within walking distance and reasonable rates. The rooms were kitschy-cute and very clean. We stayed in a double-queen room which even had... More

Susie and her staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The hotel is very convenient to town and hiking trails. The hotel was very quiet even though it was completely full. You can park directly in front of your room easy to load your luggage. The bedding and towels were clean and comfortable. The carpet however was stained and looked dirty.... More

However outed it was it was clean so I can not complain. They staff was very friendly and accommodating. If your looking for a top notch room you... More

We were really disappointed with room 14. The beds were uncomfortable. The main light for the room didn't have a bulb ( we left ours). And the smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling. We could have tolerated all of this if we hadn't been charged 99 dollars to stay there. If you have other options, consider them.

Susie and her staff are all very friendly. They make you feel right at home. You are with in walking distance to downtown Bellaire. It’s a nice walk after visiting the local attractions (Shorts). We came during the rubber ducky festival so, there were a lot of fun things happening in town. The main attraction for us was taking the... More

Booked two nights here as we made our annual family trip up to Bellaire and Traverse City. We had gone to the film festival in Traverse City and they had suffered a bad storm leaving the city without power. Thankfully as we made our way back to Bellaire we were relieved to see the power was on. Hotels/Motels in Traverse... More
