Pro's: 1) Super comfortable bed; great gym/fitness center 2) Environmentally friendly choice to opt out of daily room service with a daily reward of extra points or a $5 credit at participating stores (no list provided...) Con's: 1) Restaurant EXTREMELY over priced. A co-worker and I ate there the first evening. A chicken sandwich and a cheeseburger: $34!!! The burger...

Dear Guest, First and foremost, thank you for being with us and truly appreciate your effort to provide such feedback. I'm glad you were able to experience our restaurant, of which we continuously monitor and review our value statement and gauge pricing competitively with the numerous restaurants, within the terminal. Very happy to confirm and pass along that in terms...

Stayed here for 1 night, prior to flying to San Diego. Top notch service at check in, went very smooth. The room was very nice, and clean. The bed was a king and extremely comfortable. Room came with an in room safe, and mini refrigerator. The pool, and hot tub area was very nice, and spotless as well. The temperature...

They were very accommodating, excellent place to stay if you are flying out of Detroit. Their van leaves the motel every 15 minutes to the airline terminals. The motel was very clean and the staff were very nice.

Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing us and appreciate your efforts to provide this feedback. Glad you were able to experience the airport shuttle, of which is extremely convenient running 24/7 on a consistent and regular basis from our Front Door. Stay well, John R.

The Westin is convenient in the extreme --- it is right in the McNamara terminal. The hotel meets the main requirements of an airport hotel. The rooms are comfortable and QUIET. The blackout shades work and food is available 24 hours. Prices are reasonable as well. The hotel is getting a little long in the tooth and is supposedly going...

The convenience can't be beat. If you are carrying on you can access the Delta concourse directly through the hotel's dedicated TSA screening area. Even if you have to check bags it is a breeze -- a short walk and elevator ride all indoors. The rooms are very nice. The restaurant and bar are among the better for hotels. Try...

Everything you would expect from a Westin. Only complaint WiFi was slow as molasses and housekeeping overlooked a washcloth hanging from a shower rack. The misses were offset by the in terminal location with a dedicated TSA checkpoint

Great hotel attached to the airport. Of course, you wouldn't want to stay here for a week but for a layover it can't be beaten. The restaurant/breakfast area in the Atrium is great and the rooms are comfortable and high quality. I used the pool this time around and whilst not very large and not very impressive it serves its...

We decided to spurge and spend more than double than the surrounding airport hotels because of their "soundproof" windows. What a gross misrepresentation. We didn't get to sleep until midnight (usually asleep by 9pm) because of the airplane noise outside our window. We arose at 5am to catch our early flight exhausted. My complaints to the property manager and even Starwood...

Dear Guest, As always, we're thrilled to have had the opportunity to serve you and we do thank you for providing your feedback. This is about as good as airport hotels get, from what I've seen over the years. The hotel itself is adjacent to the larger of the two terminals at the Detroit airport, and you can conveniently access the McNamara terminal from the hotel (and vice-versa). It's a Westin so it's pretty nice, and the rooms are very comfortable and well-appointed....
