We went on Groupon and booked our hotel room which was non-refundable or we wouldn't have stayed. With the name of hotel being riverfront we were hoping to have a better view but it didn't and it's more a $65 room then a $100 room. Bad experience! Started with being made to feel like a lower rated customer due to booking with Expedia. Hotel was dirty. Very short on resturant staff causing restaurant not to open both nights I stayed there. Lounge staff was excellent, but had to listen to unhappy staff. Checked out a day early due to unpleasantness.

Had a romantic night planned. King sized bed...pull back the covers to reveal sheets that don't fit the bed. They were too short for the mattress! Called and talked to the front desk- they apologized but said they had no other sheets. Blamed the mattress size. Had no other rooms available due to a convention in town. Very disappointing night....

This hotel is a wrinkle away from being labeled senile, and a dive. We rented here as it was on sale through Hotels.com and on the river. Check-in went smoothly enough, but there are clear signs of aging and even falling apart throughout the establishment. Thank you for your review. I am happy to share with you that we will be under going a near full renovation of the property. Regarding the items you noticed, we plan to replace the carpets, remove the wallpaper/refresh the entire hallway, update the Elevators and refinish our bathrooms. We are also introducing water reducing toilets, (high flow/low flow buttons)...

I wanted to write a review on the exceptional help I received from front desk(Kelsey). She was patient and kind throughout my entire booking process. Her dedicated service should be recognized by Corporate office because without her professional help and guidance on how I needed to sign needed paperwork online I probably would have been discouraged and sought another hotel....
