When I couldn't get an Uber or taxi for work in the morning, the GM (Rachel) drove me in! She wouldn't even let me pay her. The hotel and my room were very clean. Decor is a little dated/worn and there are only a few...More
After a recent terrible stay at a holiday inn, this was a breath of fresh air. The service was amazing, the hotel and surrounding areas are beautiful. The air conditioning works thank god. A very recent prior holiday inn experience left a bad taste in...More
We stayed at the Holland Inn Express in Holland for a brief family visit. It was very nice, friendly staff and great breakfast included in the cost of the room, which was very reasonable considering Holland in the summer.
This trip since my last about 6 years ago revealed a different light scheme in the hallways. Dark and low light. Rooms great, service great. low light in hall way...Please fix this Pool area fine, Great Place except for the dark halls.
We loved our stay here! It was so nice and cozy. The lobby has a nice fireplace. TV in the room had a lot of channel options. The pool area was definitely the highlight. It was really nice but the hot tub was awesome because...More

According to Google Maps it's about 8 minutes from Holiday Inn Express to Baker Lofts. Since I have only stayed at the Holiday Inn, I cannot say whether other hotels would be better. I have heard from other hockey parents that the Hampton Inn, which is right next door to the Holiday Inn has a cool bar right next to the pool, so if kids are swimming you can have drinks and snacks at the bar. Holiday Inn did not have this, so we brought all of our own food and beverages to the pool area, but the staff supplied us with anything we asked for, such as cups, plates, utensils, etc. It also had an indoor/outdoor hot tub which was a huge hit with the kids. If you do not plan to use the pool with kids or a large group, then this may be a moot point. Holiday Inn is a nice clean hotel with great staff and free breakfast each morning. The 8 minute drive will be easy as Holland should not have much traffic (compared to Chicago, which is where I come from).
