Not satisfied with room cleanliness. Paid a fair price for the accommodation. Requested the room be cleaned after night 2, manager said she would take care of it and never did. I observed housekeeping staff on hand when request was made, and then told no one was available.

We apologize you were not satisfied your stay at the country Inn I have addressed the hotel about your concerns. Thank you for your feedback to make sure that this doesn't happen to you or any other guests in the future. I am sorry that our executive housekeeper did not apologize when she entered you room. We just started doing the carpet this week and your room was marked as dirty and she was just making sure that the new carpet had been laid. I will have a talk to her and make sure she apologizes from now on and this doesn't happen to anyone in the future. We hope that you do come back and give us another chance. We appreciate you taking the time share your experience here. I will personally y be the one to talk to the employees about making sure responses are not negative and making sure they are apologetic and that we make sure that each of our guests feel valued. As we correspond we are going through renovations and are going for the modern look with still the country feel. We will be joining the twenty first century with a elevator. The hallways will be getting more light and the rooms will get a whole new revamp. The staff here are not rude, at all. I stayed during a very busy time of the year and they were nothing by helpful and pleasant.

Is the pool ok to use for under 2 year old?
Yes,with supervision. It is a salt water pool with minimal chlorine. It is 4ft deep.

There is a ramp to the front door and many of our other doors. When you are at the front entrance, the ramp is around to the right side of of the front porch. We do have two handicap accessible rooms. There not an elevator unfortunately, but will be getting one in the next year! We unfortunately do not have a shuttle to the Windmill Island but can provide numbers to different taxi services if needed!

are pets allowed?
Sonia is correct, we only allow service animals. If you do have a service animal, they must be wearing their identification vest whenever in public areas.

How late is the pool open in October?
The pool hours at the Country Inn are from 6am-12am!
