My husband and I stayed in the Grand Suite for a one night getaway. It was quick trip from the Detroit area. The Grayfield is clean and cozy. The rooms have many modern conveniences and updates, yet most of the original wood and doors remain to maintain its charm. Dee and Grigor are fabulous hosts and Dee can cook a... More

We stayed at The Rooms at Grayfield from August 31 until September 7. This is our second stay at this lovely Inn. What we like about this Inn: It has a wonderful spacious ADA compatible room- almost suite that is easy to navigate, comfortable and has it's own patio with gorgeous garden views of gorgeous grounds. Close to town and... More

I stayed here for three nites in July while visiting with my older brother who lives in Hillsdale. This Inn has been lovingly and beautifully restored. It is peaceful, immaculate and beautifully decorated. The breakfasts are wonderful as is the service. Waking up in the morning to the roosters crowing made the stay even more unique! I would definitely return... More

As soon as we made the turn into the driveway of this inn, I knew we were in for a treat. It was late in the day -- golden hour -- and the suns rays were streaming through some very well kept grounds. It only got better inside. This inn is a converted train station so if you're a train... More

Wow, the Grayfield is the way to stay! This was our 4th time to stay at the Grayfield while on a visit to see our Hillsdale student. We had my parents along for this trip and they stayed in the room across the hall from us. The two rooms upstairs are about identical in features and size. My folks fell... More

Dee & Gregger are wonderful hosts! They have made this Jonesville historical landmark, into a cozy, yet quite interesting B & B. We stayed in the large room that had a loft, and an enormous downstairs living area, just in our room. The gardens are beautiful, but was let down because Gregger's pond had a leak, I myself am a... My husband and I have started a yearly tradition of getting away for a few days around our anniversary. This year he found another terrific B&B, The Rooms at Grayfield. Dee was a wonderful hostess and she is a phenomenal chef. I have never cleaned my plate at a B&B let alone two days in a row. Everything was delicious... More

We were privileged to stay there the weekend after Valentine's Day and had a wonderful experience. There was only one minor negative worth mentioning, and it may be important to some people: our room would not lock. There are double doors with curtains on them into the large grand suite. There is a kick lock that should go down into... More

We had the pleasure to stay at Grayfield numerous times over the past two years. My daughter transferred to Hillsdale College in 2012 and will graduate next year. We found The Rooms at Grayfield by chance and will not stay anywhere else. Dee and Grigor spoiled us! They are absolutely wonderful! They go out of their way to be accommodating.... More

We were visiting nearby Hillsdale College, but wanted a special place to stay nearby. Grayfield is one of the most unique places we have stayed. We picked the biggest room which used to the the passenger waiting area when the building was a train station. The wood paneled room is very beautiful and spacious, with a large living room area...
