Small room with a Standard Queen Bed, a small bathroom with a toilet and standup shower, the sink and mirror was outside the bathroom. Definitely get what you pay for, but not terrible. The place was clean we just used it for sleeping as this was a last minute stay. They do have

My son and I stayed at this hotel during his hockey tournament. The hotel was clean and the pool and hot tub were great. The breakfast was good and everything was clean. We ran into the manager Rita and she helped us out with some great information on what to do in the area.

Old and run down. The bathroom sink was not in the bathroom, but next to a credenza with the TV. Tucked in the corner so I could not do my hair without hitting my elbow on the wall. No refrigerator or microwave. Sheets we getting threadbare and had hair on them when I turned

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. Our Hotel is a work in progress. The sink is out side of the bathroom as it is a lot of hotels. Not an unusual hotel design by any means. The room that you stay in did have a microwave and a refrigerator. The micro wave was sitting on the shelf next to the stove top which was on top of the built in refrigerator. If you had any issues locating them, all you needed to do was ask one of our staff for assistance. A door gap is also common in a lot of hotels. Again a standard design in the industry. If any critters got into your room, it would be because you let them in. Unfortunately the air conditioning units do need updating and this is a work in progress. As far as the cleanliness of the rooms, I have to disagree with you. Our house keeping staff has an impeccable eye for the little details and keeps this hotel shiny and clean. The guests that have stayed in the suite you were in, had nothing but great reviews about it. They loved the beds and the sheets, as they are all brand new. You missed out on the pool and hot tub as they are part of what makes us stand out from other establishments. Our coffee bar and continental breakfast are a one of a kind that no one else offers. So I find it hard to believe that you did not like anything about our hotel.
