I'm paying 50,000 Kip (about 5 USD) for my own room with a kingsize bed and a bathroom, TV and wardrobe. They don't clean the room while you're staying there if you don't ask them to but I just ask them every few days and then it's nice and clean. Sometimes some things are broken. The biggest advantage of this place is the price, 60000 kip for double room. Don't expect much for that money. It's not comfortable, but if you need just place to sleep after the long day of trekking and you don't want to spend too much, it would be ok.

We stayed at this place for 2 nights and then again 1 night after a 2-day trek. We paid 60.000 kip for a double room, fan, with attached bathroom Pros: rooms are cheap, clean and they have a bathroom Although the owner is not really what you would call a ray of sunshine... But having said that he did let...

Horrible.old smelly dirty rooms.(hairs+stains on sheets) One bed broken, could see the holes through sheets! When asking about something to do with the bed, receptionist first left, then shouted at me,then even raised his hand as to hit a table. Scary person to be avoided. Just like his place. Avoid it! Much better places in this lovely town!
