we arrived to the hotel after an international flight and then working for 8 hours. walking into the inviting and well decorated entrance made me want to run to see what awaited us behind our door. well - the room was big and clean but there is definitely a disconnect between the entrance to the out of dates rooms. Everyone...

Although not an "impressive building", this business-like hotel in a prime shopping/dining area delivers impeccable customer service with an outstanding product. Blessed with an outstanding on-site restaurant (Toasted Oak Grill & Market...reviewed separately), contemporary lobby with large fireplace and live piano performances, the property makes up for it's "business like" demeanor by providing an exceptional "experience".

This poor excuse for a high-end hotel leaves much to be desired in the facilities, the administration, and the staff. They are challenged in the art of maintaining a reservation and the staff seems to be completely untrained and uninformed. If you can get through the administrative morass and get to your room it is nothing better than a typical...

This is the third time i went to this facility.... bad idea. Starting with the reception, if you have an accent they will treat you like you are an idiot and will change the rules applied at any Marriott member. The bathroom was dirty. The only good point on this hotel is the restaurant. Sorry avoid if you like to...

We stayed at the hotel for a friends wedding that was occurring at a different location. The hotel lobby was pleasant to sit in with a fire place and updated fixtures and seating. There was a workout facility but I did not get a chance to see it. There is a restaurant connected to the hotel which had pretty good...
