If you need to stay by the Detroit Metro Airport there are many hotels to choose from but most are much the same. Almost all hotels in this area, with the exception of the very privy Westin attached to the airport, are budget properties. They are okay if you're not fussy but most have disadvantages of one kind or another....

Nothing spectacular but very convenient. Staff is professionally trained and helpful. Building seems dated and calls for updates. Nonetheless, the rooms are fairly decent. Pet friendly, which is highly convenient.

I found the staff great, the room large and liked the pool and bar area. We had a balcony room on the 6th floor and with the door closed didn't notice noise from the lobby or pool. I specifically requested not to be over the pool. I love that it is pet friendly. I would stay here again despite it...

We stayed here right before flying out the next day on an early flight. We thought it would be fun to invite our grandchildren over to swim for a little while. I liked almost everything about this hotel. Some of the highlights were glass elevators, large friendly public spaces, and a very comfortable pool and hot tub. We swam for...

Big plus is that the hotel is connected to the airport, but then you are limited to food choices unless you get a special pass to visit the airport terminal restaurants. This can be obtained from the front desk. Hotel is clean but showing its age. A bonus is you can rent a full workout gear for $5 that includes...

I just stayed ther during the First snow storm and was prepared to stay in room and brought own food . I requested a refrigerator from moment I was in room only to be lied to...

This place ticks all the boxes for a decent airport hotel - free shuttle approx 5 mins to/from terminals, decent rooms, bar/restaurant, small gym, even an indoor pool. But overall the property is also like an 'airport sheraton' - okay rooms, nothing special, but clean and fine for a short stay. There are several restaurant options outside the hotel within...

We stayed the weekend for a tournament. The rooms were clean and maintained. The hotel was remodeled a few years back, but could use some general up keep. Furniture, bathroom cabinets, bath ceiling light, but it did not affect our stay, more aesthetics. The beds were super comfortable. We all had an excellent nights sleep! The positives were the comfortable...

Although I live 45 minutes away, I stayed here on the Tuesday night before Thanksgiving. I had a Wednesday morning class to conduct for a client, and didn't want to be stuck in airport traffic on Wednesday morning. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I was on the SPG floor, which is right behind the front desk, and near the...

I have stayed at this hotel on vacation the last few years. Its part habit but also close to family. I'm used to going down to get coffee before getting dressed. This year there was a new policy for me to pay $3.18 for a small cup of coffee. That's right. While you are trying to wake up and get...
