Stayed here recently before our trip. Found the room to be clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, food is close by, close to airport and quiet. I was charged twice for my stay. I've called several times and only once have I contacted a manager. Two weeks ago she said I'd be refunded within 72 hours. Yet, my account is still in the negative and has incurred fees because of the negative status!! How will you fix this Quality Inn??

The hotel participates in Park-Sleep-Fly at the Detroit Metro airport. The price seems very reasonable considering the eight days of parking.
