If you are looking for a very basic hotel that is clean and comfortable, this hotel will meet your needs. There is a view of the lake from the balcony, though the motel is not lakefront. The room was very clean and the grounds were well kept. Some of the usual amenities were not there....fridge, hair dryer, etc. We did...

The property is certainly not new but really in pretty good shape. We were fortunate and had a room facing the East which had a nice view of Lake Huron. Town is small with only one main street. Hotel had no breakfast or coffee bar but the people in the office were really nice and also helpful with info about...

A very convenient motel for the motorcyclist on the move. Small, no-frills rooms, but what else do you need after a long ride? Very clean with comfortable bed and effective AC. Close to numerous bars and restaurants. The price at $66/night is definitely a bargain. A little archaic on the check-in process (hand written forms, etc.), but what the heck....

No frills , extremely clean, great value, very helpful, friendly staff. Ditto on restaurant next door. Comfortable bed. Not our first stay and certainly won't be our last. Close to downtown. Gateway to the UP. We love it up dere.

My husband and I stayed recently for one night. It's a no-frills motel, very basic. I was actually surprised at how small it was. It appeared to be clean, but very dated. Honestly don't think I would stay again - bed was uncomfortable and old. Good for you if you are on a budget and just want somewhere to sleep.

The hotel looked great from the road but it lacked the two things people really want in a room..1- comfortable bed - the bed was old and not comfortable at all..2 - WIFI - it was awful.. it showed a strong signal but would not connect at all.. The owner was very very helpful and nice and you could tell...

Had a great time. Owner extremely helpful. Great price. Nice clean rooms. No breakfast here but gave us discount at restaurant down the street. Discounted ferry prices too and a free shuttle from the ferry company.

For the price, this is an excellent stay particularly for senior citizens. It is clean and has all the needed amenities of a good motel. We had a short overnight stay but it was very good. The rooms are not too large but adequate. It is well maintained and friendly.

No need to stay at expensive motels !! Our first time here and can't wait to go back ! The front desk staff was beyond helpful and so very easy to chat with. They made us feel like family right from the moment of our reservation. We had a room on the 2nd floor and loved the view of the...

Room was very clean. The staff were very nice and accommodating. A pleasant experience and I would recommend and would stay again. Good location as you enter St. Ignace and easily accessible to all of the town activities. Discount coupon for breakfast at a nice restaurant in town. Nice.
