We just got back from our trip to the Old Mission Inn and we only wish we could stay longer! It's clear how much their owners love their home and love making their guests feel at home as well. The history of the inn that they have been able to uncover and then replicate is amazing. If you are looking...

We are in love with Lake MI and it's lighthouses. We have visited many times, but this was our first occasion to visit the Old Mission Peninsula. We found & booked the Old Mission Inn online. It's age & history intrigued us. How a business 147 years old could have just four owners was amazing. We booked the Cherry Tree...

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Old Mission Inn. The innkeepers were so lovely and friendly and we really felt like guests in their home. We sat outside all morning talking to them about life and it was such a nice experience. We would definitely recommend staying here!!

The Old Mission Inn is the oldest continuously running inn in Michigan. If you are into history and antiques, this is the place for you! Standard fare for breakfast in the a.m. -- oatmeal, waffle, pancakes, eggs, etc. The owners are devout antiquers and committed to being true to the Inn's historic roots. That said, the lavender room and room...

This a sweet, historic bed and breakfast located on the east side of the Old Mission Peninsula. The water is across the street and the town beach and Old Mission General Store are within walking distance. It's also close to several local wineries and points of interest. The Inn consists of several guest rooms and a five-bedroom cabin, which is...

We stayed in the Rose Garden room July 27th-29th. The room was cozy, well kept, and a recently done bathroom was very nice. Breakfast was cooked to order and more food was offered if you wanted it. The Inn has a very interesting history and was laboriously and loving researched by Bruce, Angie and Tyler. They were a joy to...

We stayed in the lavender room. Nice, big, remodeled bathroom. Breakfast good, but nothing gourmet. Bruce, Angie, and Tyler are very proud owners. They were eager to tell history stories of the inn and their family. They started and enjoyed a bonfire with guests.

This Inn was built in 1869 and only owned by 4 families. Rooms are decent size and we had our own private bath which was nicely updated. Loved the shower...excellent water pressure and warmth. Lots of historical information and if you are into antiques, there are loads of them. Yard is nice with so many huge old trees, games, hammocks,...

We loved Old Mission Inn! The hosts were great and really took great pride in ownership. The morning breakfasts were very good, and made to order. Our room was a mini sweet "The Cherry Room". A small kitchen, and very comfortable and clean. The beach is within walking distance, and plenty of relaxing opportunities. Tour vineyards, farms, light house, antiquing...

Old Mission Inn is really a special place. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful historic B&B, which exceeded my expectations. The owners (Angie, Bruce, and Tyler) go out of their way to make sure each guest is accommodated and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this B&B for a couple's getaway in Traverse City. The only...
