Well, I stayed here once before a few years ago and it wasn't very clean that visit. This time around the man checking us in was very rude, to me he shouldn't even be in this line of work. The rooms itself are not very catchy to the eye. Bathroom was the worst, shower curtain needs changing and possibly the...

Just came into town for a couple of days. After a long car ride with a couple of boys, thought we were gonna cool off at the pool. However, it was being painted and was closed. Really? During a holiday week and Cherry Fest you are gonna close the pool. Shouldn't you guys have done this last week?

We had a family emergency and didn't plan on stopping in TC but ended up needing a place to stay for the night to get us close to the Manitou Ferry for the morning. This was the cheapest place available at $122 for the night. Location was perfect but for the price it left some things to be desired. Stains...

For the same price we paid in Evanston, IL for a boutique hotel, we expected better. Everything is pretty worn, here. The ice machine was broken, the doors all stick, the bed cover was not in good shape, etc. We stopped by the complementary breakfast for coffee, and it was all gone at 7:15, and there was nobody working there....

This hotel is old and tired. The management is poor. The telephone in my room didn't work and the TV didn't subscribe to channels I wanted. The complimentary breakfast was limited and poorly staffed - coffee ran out! The drape covered the AC, so it didn't cool the room. My room was not cleaned and services the first day I...

Enjoyed a 3 night stay last week. Rooms aren't new, but they are clean and quiet. Refrigerator, 2 cup coffee pot and Microwave in the room. Housekeeping and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Waffles, cereal, bread stuffs, hard boiled eggs, yogurt.... My husband would have liked some "meat', but it was good. The only problem we had was billing....
