Lisa and Sandys home had a very warm welcome as soon as we arrived. We did arrive late and this was not a problem. The room was stunning and Lisa upgraded us to a room with a view. I would highly recommend this room. In the room was a coffee machine with coffee pods, a selection of teas and biscuits . The fridge had milk, orange juice and Bottled water. We loved the little touches. Our bed was so comfy bedding was amazing. Breakfast you have a great choice and was very nice.We cannot fault their home in anyway. we wish we could have stayed longer. We definitely highly recommend their home.

Ravenswood is a delightful setting and location in lovely Fort William. Lisa and Sandy greeted us with a welcome smile and great local tourist tips to get the most out of our visit. The accommodation is impeccably set up with comfortable beds (had best nights sleep in ages) delightful decor and faultlessly presented and maintained. The lounge has a stunning outlook across the Fort William mountain backdrop with the Hogwarts express, steam engine train running at the back of the garden twice a day.
So very picturesque.

Each morning there is a great choice at breakfast, I’ve stayed in many B&B’s and the selection here is extensive and delicious. A delightful place to stay. Would recommend to all and will sure to be back.

What a lovely place to stay! The location is stunning, as was the beautiful view from our four-poster bedroom window. The hosts Lisa and Sandy, were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble to them to ensure that we were happy, and had everything we needed to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Their knowledge of the area, and places to visit is admirable. The room was very tastefully furnished to a high standard, and sparkling clean (thanks to their friendly house-keeper Margaret). We had the best nights' sleeps on the comfortable mattress and pillows. Some lovely touches in the room included complimentary sweet goodies, and spring water with the ability to replenish tea/coffees etc. whenever required. The continental style breakfast offered a good selection of; cold meats, cheeses, boiled eggs and fresh, tasty artisan bread. In addition, they provided yoghurts (kept cool on a cool plate), cereals, fresh fruit and hot /cold rinks/juices. All in all, our stay was perfect and we could not fault a single thing if I tried! We will definitely stay there again should we re-visit Fort William in the future.

We stayed for 2 nights to visit the area and ride the Jacobite steam train. The location was just want we wanted, close to Fort William overlooking the loch. The room was spacious, had a small fridge and had a wonderful 4 poster bed. They had thought of everything with lots of small touches provided and they even gave a gift and card to my wife, when they knew it was her birthday. Breakfast was generous and offered a wide variety. They were certainly COVID-friendly.
Lisa and Sandy were perfect hosts and made sure we were well looked after. They were above and beyond what you would expect from a BnB. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Stayed for a couple of nights. Large room with views across the Loch. Just over five minutes from the town centre and only a couple from Neptune's Staircase, the collection of canal locks, Breakfast was continental ham cheese bread yoghurt cereals. Will use it again when next in the area.

Lisa is a lovely host who maintains very high standards and happily give her local knowledge of great places to eat. Our room was very clean, nicely decorated, a huge bed, a small fridge containing fresh milk and lovely new ensuite. The only thing missing was a rail to hang clothes. Breakfast is served in a room overlooking the water and if you time it right you can see the Jacobite Express chug past. Breakfast consisted of fresh fruit, yoghurt, porridge, banana bread, boiled eggs, cereals, bread etc...so much more too.

We were traveling all over Scotland by car therefore experiencing a wide array of accommodations. Our brief respite at this lovely place left us yearning for a longer stay. It was an amazing relief from a hotel stay. The rooms were apportioned in a tasteful manner with every detail considered; but the amazing view of the water from the large bedroom room and the breakfast area provided that something extra.

The breakfast was thoughtful with the selections and the cleanliness was unsurpassed.

Absolutely recommend you make this selection as a part of your stay in Ft. William.

Lisa and Sandy were excellent hosts, friendly and always attentive, recommending us places to visit or where to eat in both Fort William and the rest of our stops. They run a cozy space, in an idyllic well locales environment. The room exquisitely decorated according to the architecture of the whole house. All this made it a perfect stay.

Beautiful building, gorgeous room & fantastic hosts! Lisa & Sandy were warm & welcoming and went out of their way to meet our dietary requirements. The (huge!) room & private bathroom had everything we needed and the breakfast was exquisite. The extra touches made our stay even more enjoyable & we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We (my wife, 2 children and I) was so lucky to have achieved rooms at this wonderful place in the middle of the scottish highland. Never have we experienced a more calm, quiet and beautiful place (let us just call it by its right name - a pearl).
The service was simply so exquisite, familiar and nice, that you immediatly wanted to stay there for the rest of your holliday.
We all hope to be able to get a reservation by you again, yet it must be difficult when the rest of the world discover what a wonderful place you have here, close to Fort William. Best greetings to you all, especially to Keira and Ronnie :-)
