We were lucky enough to spend a full week at Travee B&B at the end of September and couldn’t have picked a more perfect base for our travels around the Highlands. We had a warm welcome from the hosts Innes and Jean and their hospitality throughout was exceptional. Our room was spacious and always spotless and all practicalities within the room had been well thought out to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Our room, room 3, had wonderful views of Ben Nevis and the loch and across to Fort William. We also saw the Jacobite “Harry Potter” steam train pass by on numerous occasions. Thank you Innes and Jean!

This was mine and my wife’s first time together visiting Scotland as a couple in 33 years. We spent our first night in Dumbarton to help make the drive up more manageable. We arrived at Travee on the Wednesday after driving down from Loch Ness, and was met by Innes who showed us around the property which was gorgeous. We based ourselves here for three nights and it was the perfect choice. This without doubt is the best B&B we have ever stayed in, as all the bedrooms are brilliantly furnished to a very high standard. The breakfast prepared by Innes’s wife Jean was gorgeous, and the black pudding was the best we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend Travee highly enough as Innes and Jean are very welcoming hosts and their wealth of local knowledge and sights to go and visit is fantastic. We are so pleased we saw a Facebook post by a mutual friend about Travee, and we had an absolutely perfect trip and one we’ll remember for a very long time, thank you both again 👍🏻

Travee B&B is amazing! It's in a great location right near Fort William and they have a big sign in both directions making it easy to spot coming off the road. The first thing we noticed is how beautiful their yard and flowers were. It felt so tranquil as we pulled up.

Innes and Jean are warm and welcoming and have a very clean and quiet home! We had a really comfortable and nice stay there, in fact we kept asking ourselves why on earth we only booked one night! Definitely a mistake. Breakfast was great too - they gave us a choice of the traditional Scottish breakfast or Salmon (we did one of each), plus they had fresh fruit, toast, juice, coffee and tea. It was a perfect way to start the day.

Highly recommend them for your travel needs while in the Highlands!!

our recent 4 night stay was superb ,Innes and Jean are great hosts who make you feel most welcome.
Lovely clean room with an outstanding view and you really would struggle to find better. We travelled to the area for a motorcycle holiday and we were allowed to park the bike in their garage .
Friendly hosts great breakfasts and without question we would stay there again .

I think this is the best B&B that I have experienced, certainly by far the best in the Fort William area, and that includes experience of the several local hotels. The location is excellent, close to the pleasant walk up the canal towpath with views across the Loch to Ben Nevis. Warm welcome, very efficiently organised check in, meticulously clean, fitted and furnished to 100% top quality throughout, most friendly and helpful hosts, magnificent powerful hot showers and masses of Yorkshire tea. Splendid breakfast; local eating out for the evening meal is within a 20 minute pleasant walk range. Extremely comfortable beds and fantastic views, and outstandingly good value for money. The whole thing is professional and no compromise on quality has been allowed. I join with all the other reviewers in recommending this place as thoroughly excellent , and if I could give it 7 stars I would.

Myself & my girlfriend were helped with what there is to do & see by Innes which was very helpful. The views of Ben Nevis & the loch would be hard to beat, absolutely stunning. The room was very clean as was the whole b&b. The breakfast was really nice & if you don’t like a fried breakfast there is a huge selection you can choose from. The only downside for me was I didn’t have enough time to stay longer. I highly recommend staying here. Ask for one of the front bedrooms for the amazing view.

Ines and Jean were very welcoming on our arrival for our two night stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable although the en-suite was a tad small with the washbasin in the bedroom. Our room had fantastic views over the loch and Ben Nevis. The owners gave us recommendations of places to go to eat and nearby attractions to visit. Breakfast was good. Yea and coffee making facilities in the room.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at Travee with fantastic views. Everywhere was spotlessly clean . Innes and Jean are so friendly and welcoming. Jeans lovely breakfast set us up every morning for the rest of the day day and Innes’s local knowledge pointed us in the direction of places we would have missed. Thank you for sharing lovely home and hope we’ll be back soon.

The Travee was our first stop in Scotland. It is conveniently located near Fort William. Our experience couldn't have been better. We stayed in a large room in the main house with a spectacular view of Ben Nevis and the loch. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room spacious. Breakfast was delicious, scrambled eggs and a generous portion of salmon. The fresh fruit was the best we had in all of our stays in Scotland and Irelend. Innes and Jeannie are a delight. We highly recommend Travee.

We are visiting the Highlands for the week and stayed here overnight on the way up. This is the best bed I have slept in when staying in a hotel. Innes and Jean were fabulous hosts. The guest house is really lovely, comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast was also one of the best I have had with fresh fruit and cereal along with smoked salmon or cooked Scottish breakfast on the menu. We will definitely be coming here again!
