Comfortable accommodations in a convenient location for business travelers, college families and weekend events goers. Only 20 minutes to Detroit Metro Airport, Ann Arbor and University of Michigan. Eastern Michigan University is 1 mile. Walk to restaurants, pubs, shopping, parks and museums. Ypsilanti is the second oldest city in Michigan with over 800 buildings on the Historic Register. Take a walking tour of Downtown and Depot Town areas. Breakfast menu is fruit, an egg dish or pancakes, waffles or french toast, muffin, fruit juice, coffee, tea. Special dietary concerns are not a problem with advance notice. Breakfast is served 7 AM-9AM week days and 8AM - 10AM weekends and holidays. All guest rooms have private baths. wifi, tv/dvd. desks. and all the comforts you would expect. Complimentary cookies are always available in the "bottomless cookie jar". Popcorn, tea, coffee and bottled water, microwave oven and guest refrigerator are available in the breakfast room anytime.

We were in Ypsi on business and booked the three rooms on the top floor for four nights. We had privacy and comfort. We met together in the dining room area to work as needed and had access to coffee, water, tea and cookies at all times day and night. Nobody bothered us.

It is a fun house with charming bedrooms and a delightful hostess. If you are exploring Ypsilanti this place is wonderfully located close to downtown restaurants and shops. Depot town is extremely close as well. The interstate is easily accessed if you are headed elsewhere.
