Worst hotel/casino I’ve ever been in. I’m from Northern Minnesota and this place is horrible! Worst staff I’ve ever encountered...minus the check in, only good thing about this place. Service and food is horrible!!

Asked Gail at the front desk to put a note on my room asking for a fridge upon checkin for some medicine that I need to refrigerate. She said that the hotel policy was to not accommodate disability requests. So you get one star.
