We stayed here to be close to local Lakes for ice fishing. I read prior reviews and expected the worst...but honestly, this hotel is just fine! It does have an older rustic feel, that is okay with me!! I am not here for a fancy beautiful hotel. It is convenient, clean and many amenities nearby. All staff encounters were positive!...

A bed that had no less than a 3 inch sink on one side. Dust over vents and mold throughout the entire bathroom. Stay away from room 150. Not a chance our girls were hopping in that pool. Wiped the entire room with Clorox wipes. I have never ever done that to any room I have ever stayed in and...

We stayed as a group for a hockey tournament. Hotel is very old, very dirty, smells of old smoke. Black mold throughout the bathroom, broken outlet covers. I brought my own bed sheets because I was warned of stained bedding. Not sure why this hotel was chosen for our group but there looked to be other hotels in town that...

Old and dirty! Has never been remodeled since it opened! Mattresses were stained and lumpy. Stayed for 3 nights for a hockey tournament and they never made our bed or emptied our overflowing garbage. We had to call for towels numerous times. Rooms were freezing. Security guards are a joke. My son (12) was walking from the lobby to the...

I have stayed here a few times before, but after this last stay over Christmas I will NEVER return and I will tell everyone that asks to NEVER stay here. The ceiling tiles were falling out in the bathroom, the shower was covered with black mold, the security guy picked a fight with my brother on Christmas night and CALLED...

Worst hotel stay we have ever had!!!! Stay anywhere but this place. If you can get past the very outdated rooms, tvs, tiny refrigerators if your room even has one, hard beds, flat pillows(we had to run next door and just buy our own), hot hotel rooms because you can't control your own heat, ice machines and some of the...

My room faced the courtyard and opened to the pool area. I realize this facility is in cold country and an indoor pool is an asset. The pool is open from 8 am till 11 pm and the children and adults were yelling and screaming throughout those hours. The facility also allows dogs and some guest must have had several...

This is a big motel with a spacious and attractive ‘hunting lodge’ style of lobby. It is a slightly dated hotel that still retains room keys rather than that new-fangled card system! It has seen better days but I rather liked the slightly faded and old-fashioned style as it had a nice homey feel about it. The check-in staff were...

This is an older property. You actually get real keys for your room. Rooms are clean but could use a bit of an update. Beds are not plush. Some better than others. This is our second stay and will be going back in spite of the beds. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They want you to be happy....

This unique motel features a wonderful restaurant with great foods, especially salads and dessert. The grounds are lovely and very clean. The staff courteous and efficient. This Inn has the feel of a family owned place. A personal and unique flavor. AND an amazing bargain for both room and restaurant.
