My wife and I stayed here with another couple who'd been here many times. Suzy and Steven are warm and funny and were skilled at letting the guests connect at the table. And the food! Perfectly prepared both days. We stayed in Anna's suite, and loved the color scheme. We didn't

Steve and Susie are the epitome of the perfect host and hostess! We stayed in the Brooklyn Suite which was perfect for us as early morning risers - we could have our coffee and watch the news without disturbing the other guests. Every morning breakfast was an incredible

We knew that Anna V's was very highly rated, so our expectations were already set pretty high. We reserved all four rooms for the weekend and Susie and Steve exceeded ALL of our expectations. The house, the rooms, the food and the hospitality that we were shown was nothing

After miles of bicycling on the trails of the Root River valley, my husband and I were able to collapse in comfort and pampering at Ann V's. The owner has an ease about herself that immediately makes you feel at home.

I had a great time at Anna V's for a girl's night. A very warm and welcoming place to stay. I loved relaxing on both of the porches sipping lemonade. The neighborhood was very quiet and there is a golf course nearby and shopping and activities along the river. The breakfast

Anna's Suite Anna's Suite has a soothing aqua-toned decor and white wicker furnishings. A queen-sized pillow-top mattress with luxury linens offers a perfect night's sleep. The electric corner fireplace is functional (and romantic)! The large tiled bathroom has a shower as well as a two-person soaking/whirlpool tub. Comfy Anna V's robes, too. All of this is topped with locally-created Anna V's scent lotion soap and rhubarb hand soaps. You'll enjoy Anna's Suite!

Yes, there was a dog. It was not out with the guests or in the guest rooms, but we saw a dog during our stay.

price for sept 11 & 12 leaving on the 13th.
The website shows the rates of each room, or give them a call. Below are the rates I copied right off the website. Sunday - Thursday is listed as $10 less a night than weekend nights. It depends also on which room you choose. You are wondering about a weekday and a weekend night. The lowest cost is $115/$125 in the Rose Room, The Heritage Suite is $125/$135, Anna's Suite is $135/$145, and The Brooklyn Suite is $170 per night with full breakfast, $160 with continental breakfast. It's truly a wonderful B&B! The Innkeepers, Steve and Susie, are very kind and welcoming. Call them for reservations.

"House has 4 suites all upstairs. Downstairs has 2 rooms where guests can watch tv, get coffee or snacks."
"Anna's Suite has a two person whirlpool and is the best deal in Lanesboro, in my opinion."
