check in went fine, the room was somewhat hot and steamy when I arrived on a hot august day around 3 , so I kicked on the air which handled that. I left for a few hours and got back into the room to watch some tv and do some work on a laptop and I could hear traffic from the freeway near the hotel and also parking lot noise. then I realized the window was wide open.. (oops) I'm not sure why staff would leave it open on a zillion degree day but once I closed it the room quieted down. Breakfast seemed a tiny bit more limited that other Quality Inns I've stayed it but it wasn't econo lodge spartan. Overall the checkin , check out seemed fine, You feel secure enough, I was staying on points so I can't speak to dollar value but in the old days I'd classify this as an 8000…

Overall, a real great visit... nice room and breakfast, check in and check out for our bus group was really slick. Pool could have been a bit warmer but hot tub was nice. It’s grest to see a “lift” for both the pool and hot tub so those with physical disabilities can still participate.

If you've ever traveled with children, you know how you do that last check in the room when you think you've packed everything, but you want to make SURE you have tigger, and the Nintendo stylus, and all the books? And you might reach or look under the bed to make sure nothing got kicked under there? Yeah.... that's where the really old French fries were. As we did not at any time eat really old French fries while staying in the room, they were not a welcome sight. Nor was the hair in the sink and in the bath tub drain. spent one night there, on Friday, July 27th. Was a long drive day for us, so we were super happy to finally be there. We had promised our daughter that there would be pool time upon arrival, and we try to keep our promises, so off to pool we went. …

This Motel is recently renovated; the staff at Quality Inn saved us from the Motel 6! Not only were they friendly and accommodating they made sure we were well taken care of and provided us with many areas to explore. If you want friendly, clean accommodations I highly recommend this hotel. Everyone treats you like family. It truly turned a bad day into a great memory. Thank you to the staff :)

We had to stay at the Quality Inn on Bandel Road in Rochester (on May 16, 2018) as a last resort because a lot of the hotels in Rochester were booked due to the Epic system upgrade being implemented at Mayo Clinic during the month of May. The room we stayed in at the Quality Inn was so bad, I would have preferred to sleep overnight in my car. I am traveling every other week for the next couple of months from Chicago to Rochester while I undergo chemotherapy treatment and, will need to stay at hotels at least one night during each treatment visit. However, the Quality Inn will NEVER be getting my business ever again and I implore people to do the same, if they consider cleanliness, their health and good service a value. When we first walked into the bathroom, there was a DIRTY…

We are in a situation where we will have to visit Rochester several times over the next few months. This hotel was booked for us, so we were proceeding "sight unseen." I'm happy to say they met and exceeded all of our expectations. We stayed for four nights and it truly became our 2nd home, which was desperately needed in this situation. Becky was especially helpful as were others at the front desk whose names I didn't get. Our kids enjoyed the pool and all staff, including housekeeping, was prompt and courteous and welcoming. We will definitely be back. Another plus is that this hotel is very close to restaurants and Walmart. Very helpful.

We stayed here for one night while visiting family on the recommendation of another family member. This was my first and last stay at this hotel - I won't be coming back. First the good. The staff here was very friendly and accommodating and were genuinely nice. The kids also had fun in the pool here during our stay. However that's about it. Regarding the pool above, the water was pretty cold and could have used a little heat. The hallways and the floor in the lobby were filthy. There were crumbs, broken chips, dirty cups, etc in the hallway that never got cleaned up during the entire time we were at the hotel - even overnight. Our room had a musty odor that never went away and the mini-fridge in the room did not work. The furniture in the room was beat up and peeling. The…
