My mum and I had the best stay at the Towers. We were looked after extremely well and the beautiful amazing Concierge Sara has been exceptional over the past 10 days and it has just made our experience and stay even more special. Sara immediately made my mum and I feel extremely comfortable and helping us out 100%. The staff... More

I should have read all the reviews before I reserved. This was the our first visit to Mayo Clinic. 11/14/2016 – 11/16/2016 Convenient to Mayo Clinic Very Disappointed because the price we had to pay. Walls really thin, hear what everybody was saying, Doors slaming. The rooms were old and very "SMALL" Really not room enough for (2) people. On... More

I was met curbside for my arrival by Sara, a concierge and then was promptly escorted to my room. I immediately felt comfortable and assured that my accommodations were going to be the least of my concerns. Throughout my stay, Sara, Florien, Paolaa and Nick were very attentive to my every need. The food in the lounge was phenomenal, crab... More

Room stuffy. Set temp at 50 yet it was 73 all night. When checking out they weren't interested in how our stay was. Next time different hotel for us. They have no parking ramp and there's no break on price

This is hotel inside the hotel at the Kahler. The staff is great and makes an unpleasant trip to Mayo tolerable. Can't beat the location, 3 minute walk to the main clinic. It's like staying with family.

If you are going to visit the Mayo Clinic, this is the place to stay. We stayed in a junior suite, and it was very good. We had our son with us. He is 6 years old, and slept at a sofa bed. Even that was great. The only thing about the room that wasn't great, was that the bathroom... More

I have enjoyed the Kahler Grand on many mayo trips. This time I was having surgery and inquired about the Towers. Ms. Florien spoke with me and booked room 1120 for me. I must say , I will never be able to go back downstairs . Ms. Florien attended to my every need including running down to gift shop to... More

Lots of history here folks. Really cool place with style and grace. Love the lounge for anything your heart desires. Ross could not be more helpful. Great location for Mayo clinic visit and close to great restaurants and shops.

We recently stayed at the Kahler Grand Hotel in Rochester. Be sure to ask for an Executive Suite if you are there for longer than two nights. The hotel is old and tired and the bathrooms are extremely small.
