The Barra area of Inhambane is defenitely a place that must be experienced. This area once upon the time was the playground of the the rich and the famous at the well known Barra Lodge. After the devestation of a siclone a few years ago many off the lodges closed down which resul

We spend a wonderful 3 days here. Lovely camping and ablutions. Locals brought fresh poa and coconut bread every morning. Susan and Freddie and the rest of their staff are very friendly. Can also recommend the restaurant. We had excellent seafood and pizza.

A pre-booked chalet ended up being km's away so we camped in the sand pit!
The newly finished toilets had no working handbasins and within a few hours, there was no running water in the ablutions either. Nobody really seemed to give a damn and the rather harassed looking managere

As I previously respond to your friends/team mades reviews. We had a power skike, pump burned out and was replaced by 10 o'clock . 380 People and you don't think anyone is going to break anything even if it is new! People party until 5H00 in the morning- myself and our staff working!!! up gain 7H00 - giving everyone breakfast and checking guest out. - Months of planning and 2 day's erecting 3 tents - build an outside bar, buying storck and so the list goes on. - You still calls me harassed looking owner. Put Foot Rally is a charity organisation - people joining in my eyes have good hearts and kind to everyone. You have traveled 6 countries did you see what you have to be grateful for - If that calls for me to take a hospitality course then I will definitely do it. Please have a look at reviews of same time people camping before and after your big group was here. I think you miss use the media, it is wrong. You not only hurt the business but also a lot of people depending on their work.

We camped here as part of a group event and when we woke up there was no water in the campsite including the toilets, sinks etc. Not acceptable. The owner was also incredibly rude to a number of the party . Great location but would absolutely not recommend

I have to say this. We have cater and accommodate 380 people on the 5 July for "Put Foot Rally and guest of White Sands" . We have worked very hard to make this a big success. The night of the rally we had a power spike in the morning hours from EDM that burned out the pump. We have replaced the pump and by 10 o'çlock everything was up and running again. Rude I have to say the lady in dispute attack me verbally infront of all the guest after a few attempts to calm her down I had to say to her that it is now enough. It is not fair to get all your friends and family to break down a Lodges name and destroy what we work so hard through out the years. We also went through a cyclone and still busy to rebuild and replace thing that have been damaged and destroyed by the cyclone.

Booked and paid for accommodation for a special function. On arrival we were told they were full and had moved us elsewhere. We ended up camping and in the morning there was no running water and a number of people had had their shoes stolen. There are tons of locals harassing ev
