Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This B&B is in such a lovely and peaceful location. Angela was a wonderful host, very welcoming and made us feel right at home. She went the extra mile to make our stay wonderful, ringing and booking us a table at the pub, washing our beach towels for us etc Breakfast was delicious with plenty to eat There is a local pub that serves lovely food, and there is the small town of Launceston about 15 minutes drive down the road with plenty of places to eat

Our night at Bradridge Farm after a day of sightseeing and driving was a lovely surprise. Angela, our host, was very welcoming, offering us a cup of tea when we arrived. The house and garden are picturesque and our bedroom was cosy and comfortable. Angela rang ahead and booked us a table for dinner at the nearby Countryman Inn, where we enjoyed a delicious meal. I would recommend a visit to this beautiful B & B.

Well what can I say... my partner and I stayed at Bradridge for 4 nights in July. The whole stay was just perfect. Large and homely rooms, perfect breakfast and peaceful settings. The b and b is located in a lovely little hamlet with pubs and restaurants a short drive away. Angela is the perfect hostess and will go out of her way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Would we stay again? In a heartbeat.

Second time at Bradridge Farm and again a wonderful experience. Angela is very friendly and so helpful. The wholesome breakfast could not have been better. A great location for both the coast and the wonderful Cornish countryside. Will definitely be going back.

If you are looking for perfection, stay here. You would have to be extremely hard to please to find fault with the accommodation, the welcome and friendliness, the food, the cleanliness, the comfort, the thoughtful extras in the room, the views from the windows.......

Pat & Bill Just returned from 5 nights at Bradridge farm. We were made to feel very welcome by Angela the proprietor. She had thought of everything and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent food and lovely house. Would recommend the front double en-suite, very comfortable and lovely morning sunshine. Would definitely go back and recommend it to all our friends. Thank you Angela for a lovely relaxing stay.

Stayed here for a one night at the start of June. Angela the proprietor made us feel at home straight away. We'd asked if there was anywhere nearby where we could get something for tea and Angela booked us into a local pub called The Countryman Inn just down the road, which was excellent. Rooms lovely and breakfast was absolutely outstanding.. Really friendly people in a quiet tranquil setting. We would definitely stay here again, if down this way.

Our first experience here and we hope it will not be the last. It is a lovely farmhouse set off the beaten track and our room, which was very comfortable, had wonderful views. Angela was the perfect hostess and is obviously a good cook as her home made bread and biscuits proved. We were impressed by the beautiful begonias which surrounded the farmhouse. We were made to feel very welcome and we hope to return next year.

After a dreadful journey and a much delayed arrival we were met with a warm and welcoming smile and an offer of help from Angela the Lady of the House. The house itself is gorgeous with a wide and impressive staircase, rooms are clean and cosy with en-suite’s and tea making facilities. After a good night’s rest we enjoyed a fabulous cooked breakfast with all the trimmings – just what we needed. We got a guided tour of the family after admiring the photographs, one the grandchildren shared the pleasure of their company with a game of knock down ginger and one of the dogs took a shine to the boot of my car after receiving a huge fuss. All in all a wonderful stay, Angela couldn’t have been more helpful. So …. well fed, well cared for - Thank You from Leonie & Ric :o)
