Self catering with a twist. Each property sleeps two adults, has good quality full kitchen and shower room. Set in its own large private grounds of at least 1/5 acre, each property has a firepit outside and woodburner indoors. Each is unique and not to be found anywhere else. Dogs are welcome.

We had a two night stay in the Ragnarr shephards hut. Fully equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed use of the private cinema room and enjoyed sitting in the hot tub under the stars. It's location is brilliant, short drive to different tourist spots but equally you could turn the WiFi off and feel completely off grid. I couldn't recommend a start here highly enough. Best choice we have made in a long time to come and spend time in this beautiful spot

This was our second visit to Spring Parc and I can’t wait for a third! We stayed in Maiden & Wisteria Cottage. The main living cabin Wisteria was bigger than I expected but still so cute and felt so warm and welcoming. The super comfy sofa & armchair made it so easy to relax in the evenings. The bedroom cabin Maidan was so cosy with the plug in heater and the en-suite ‘station masters’ was a huge bonus! The card, cake, Cider & IPA was such a lovely welcome surprise! The Wood fired hot tub was amazing once we got it going! This is the perfect getaway to just relax!

We visited for a four night break from 2-6 Jan with our two dogs. We stayed in ‘Hercules’ The accommodation was gorgeous - individual, beautifully decorated, & cosy with a wood burner & very comfortable bed. The location is easy to find & very convenient to access the main routes further into Cornwall. Everything we needed for a peaceful break from it all. Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant. Could not fault it in anyway. We stayed in Ragnarr and the space was perfect for our little family. My 3 year old loved her own little room and being able to watch paw patrol on the projector in the cabin was an added bonus! Bed was comfortable, kitchen fully equipped, bed was easy to put up and get down, plenty of space outside to play and felt very private, fire easy to light light plenty of wood available, the bathroom was spacious and the water pressure was great. The hot tub was perfect to sit in on a clear night and admire the stars. It was my 30th birthday weekend and I honestly couldn't have wanted more. The hosts were very welcoming and we even had some cake waiting for us on arrival. Worth every penny.

We stayed in Pip and Pip’s Cabin for a long weekend. Directions provided by the owners were easy to follow & easy parking. Accommodation was spotless & so carefully thought out - lots of lovely quirky pieces and the kitchen had everything you need. Digital radio was great too, without TV or wifi it made a nice change just to have the radio on in the background. Loads of space outside in a very pretty garden, the dog loved it! The night time temperatures were down to freezing so the wagon was very cold at night even with the heater on (unfortunately the wagon’s wood burner was out of use when we visited, not sure if that’s always the case) - worth bringing something warm to wear! Very cosy otherwise, with a very comfy bed. The deep hot tub was great too, took a good three hours to warm up the first time but worth it to enjoy sitting out under the stars! Really enjoyed our stay overall & would have loved to stay a bit longer. …

This was our 2nd stay at Spring Park. This time we stayed in Duke. Absolutely fell in love with it. So so quirky, cosy roomly. Loved all the ornaments and bits and bobs. The separate bathroom was massive and warm. I did worry it was going to be cold out there but it was fine. Bed was comfy and the secluded large garden/meadow was beautiful. Stayed for 3 nights and had lots of visitors in the garden from wild rabbits (one black), a pheasant, squiral, Green finches and Gold finches. Hot tub again was a lovely extra. Took my 2 dogs this time to and they settled in just fine. Peter welcomed us again and told me about a beautiful woodland walk. I also got to meet his very friendly dog Peggy. Can't wait to return. Planning on staying in Raggnor next time.

We arrived to stay in Pip and Pips cabin on Friday evening after work and had the most relaxing time ever, love the wood fired hot tub, the wagon that we slept in was warm and not damp at all. The cabin was really cozy and the shower fantastic! Loved the fact that there is no TV or Wifi, we spent the weekend listening to Smooth Country on the radio!

Back home from an amazing 2 nights in Hercules. Was even better than the photos I saw. Very spacious and warm. Cleanliness excellent. Bed comfy and plenty of cooking equipment. Lovely welcome gift of ciders and flapjack from the owners. Met Peter who was very friendly and helpful. Used the hot tub both times. Have never used one before. My partner did make it to hot the 2nd night so had a long wait until we could get in. But he knows for next time now not to do that again!. Lovely big wooded secluded garden. Parking only a short distance away. So so glad we chose this place. We have already booked again for February to stay in another wagon. Hoping to stay in all the properties eventually. Just one little complaint would be that the outside of hercules looked very uncared for compared to the photos online. Could do with a clean and a like of paint /varnish. Highly recommend this place though and have and will tell anyone I can about the place. Thank you for the beautiful place. …

Sadly the wagon you sleep in was damp, and smelt fusty and I could not sleep in it as it would have upset my asthma. I slept on the sofa! Surely the owners could have warmed the wagon up and placed a nice smelling red diffuser to help. It was obvious from the visitor book it had not been used since September!! Lots of good walks but would not recommend this place at all.

Response from Quirky H, Owner at Quirky Holidays Cornwall

Firstly I am so sorry that you didn't have a good experience with us, it is upsetting to receive such negative comments. I don't normally respond to reviews however I have thought long and hard about this one and we do feel it is a little unfair. You really did seem generally unhappy when I greeted you I understand you hadn't realised the toilet and main living area are separate from the bedroom (albeit a short walk across a private garden). At the time I offered to change your accommodation to one which is self contained. However you declined saying you thought Pip was lovely! I would just like to assure anyone reading this review that Pip does of course have a heater and cosy hot water bottles. If it is ever standing empty which is rare the beds are stripped and new bedding put on for the next arrivals. Sometimes people don't write in the guest book which was the case in this situation. The last review was on the 29th of September and Penelope arrived on October the 7th. Pip had been empty for one night and despite the terrible weather was not damp. We have given a refund for the night they didn't stay and I understand everyone has different opinions but feel this review to be inaccurate especially given the offer of a change of accommodation and the refund given.
