Worst hotel that i have ever checked into. The room had a horrible musty odor and was generally nasty. The bed had not been changed and there was hair in the bathtub. My husband and I were there about 10 minutes and we packed our things back up and went to the office to see if they would be nice enough to give...

Terrible place to stay. Hotel staff was friendly, but we never got our room cleaned; non-smoking room stunk of cigarette smoke coming in through bathroom vent; internet wifi was very weak and almost nonexistent. The first day's service included making up the bed, but no clean towels and the trash was not emptied. Second day, there was no service at...

We like the price, we like the new manager. It was also quite quiet so that helped us sleep. If you want fresh linens, just ask :) We had our family from across the country all get rooms there and we had a great time together.

The rooms are nice and clean. The people so nice, I love this place its like a home away form home. My husband and I love coming down to Branson and staying at the Queen Anne 1 Motel. The mangers are nice and will do anything to make your stay welcoming.

We arrived at the motel and it took a while to get checked in. Finally after we were told which room, we opened the door and first thing noticed there were no pillows on the bed. Went to the bathroom, and there were no towels what so ever, no wash cloths, the only soap in the whole room was a...

Stayed here for three nights over car show weekend. Should of listened to daughter and her boyfriend and not spent one night!! Room wasn't cleaned on either day and manager got testy with me for asking why. Swear I didn't scream, curse, threaten her in anyway. Simply asked - at 5pm on second full day of stay - why our...

Checked in for 3 nights, 2 rooms. We tried hard to overlook the run down appearance of the entire hotel and the extremely skimpy "free continental breakfast" that consisted of a few mini muffins, small apples and a couple of bananas that were well past their prime. The first day when we returned from Silver Dollar City to our room...

Originally booked another hotel only to be told the day before that they overbooked. Ended up being a blessing in disguise. The Queen Anne has a pool (the other one didn't) and as a parent of young kids this is essential! Plus the price was better. Was also stoked that they had free wifi which seems to be becoming a...

Booked a king room through booking.com - checked in, paid, and the manager took us to a double with full size beds. Told him we booked a king. Back to office. He says he has no kings. Because it was late and already paid, chose to keep room. Returned from dinner and wanted to get ice. THERE IS NO ICE...
