This hotel was very nice for the price. A hot breakfast every morning was included (eggs, waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc.) each morning. In the evening, fresh cobbler and cookies were available (in addition to ice cream cups). It was in a great location and very close to all the shows and attractions. We really enjoyed our stay. The only negatives were that the ac/heat unit was very loud and the light in the bathroom also turned on the fan which was kind of loud, too, especially in the middle of the night. But overall, we had a great stay!

Hotel and room were clean. We had a King room. Not as spacious as we prefer, but doable. Breakfast was good. Nice that they had evening desserts. Different that you have to go upstairs to the dining area. No elevator. Liked having an outside entry. Workers all very friendly. We had other reservations that fell through and they were able to get us in at the last minute. Their rates saved us money. We liked the location. We would be willing to stay there again.

Great location but cleaning could be much improved. Found nail clippings on the floor of the room and a few bugs during our stay including in the bed. Have stayed here before with no issues but the cleanliness issues will keep us away next time.

I wish I could give this place five stars! The staff was incredibly nice. Our room was clean. The breakfast was nice, and they do a dessert bar, but it's not until 9:00 at night. But it's free. :) So for the money, it's absolutely worth it. My biggest problem was the pool. We picked up several pieces of the bottom paint which seemed to be peeling everywhere we were swimming. Fine - that didn't bother me as much as the smell. It didn't smell rancid or anything like that, but it smelled weird - like plastic is the best way I can describe it. It's in need of a good cleaning and repainting. (When I say cleaning, it wasn't gross or anything; it just needs a good vacuum and maybe a shock.) Bring your own pillow, because theirs are pretty bad - unless you use very thin pillows. Our shower/bathtub didn't drain well at all, and the bottom of the tub felt slick when showering. (I don't want to say slimy, because I don't want to imply that it was gross - it wasn't.) It could have used a good scrub. The shampoo and conditioner is so-so. The shampoo smells great, but the conditioner doesn't do much, so bring your own if you usually use conditioner. The air conditioner kept up with the 100+ weather, and we slept just fine, so the noise wasn't enough to bother anyone. We felt safe in the room, and we weren't worried about the car at all. The location is WONDERFUL as it's just down the street from the main "drag," so you can be anywhere within 5 minutes. We will absolutely return if given a chance, and we would recommend it to anyone else considering it.…

Husband and I stayed one night on the way home to Nashville. Never being there before I did not realize it was a ways off the main strip of attractions but it worked out because it was very quiet at night. Pool was in excellent shape and we sat by it or a bit before going to the room for the night. This is an older hotel and not updated. That being said we had the best nights sleep while on the road since I do not know when and we travel alot! Air conditioner was very quiet and bed was good as well as the cover. Breakfast is held upstairs and had a good selection including biscuits and gray and a latte machine. Decent stay!

We stayed here at the end of a Senior Trip so we could see the Sight and Sound show, "Esther", which was amazing! We rolled into town with just enough time to change/get ready for the show and leave. We ate after the show and arrived back to the hotel around midnight. That's when we realized there was NO toilet paper in the room. We sent the girls to the office and there was a sign that said "Closed from 11pm-7am". We called the "office" number listed in the room and he told us that there was nobody there who could hand us a roll of toilet paper as housekeeping had gone home. 2 moms, 2 teen daughters, ZERO toilet paper.

The desk staff was friendly, and place clean. But, seemed dated and mattress was not comfy. If you have trouble walking you would have trouble accessing the meal area. Is up 2 flights of stairs and no elevator. On our last night at 11:15 pm the were working on the pool. Was noisy but they did stop by 11:30 pm With the large selection of places to stay, next time we will be going someplace different

When I first pulled into the parking lot, I was not sure what to think. I ended up being pleasantly surprised. Very clean room, great breakfast and to top it off, cobbler, cookies, ice cream and coffee served at 9pm each night. It was a very nice treat and would not hesitate to stay at this location again.

My husband had stayed here several times many years ago when the hotel was under a different name and ownership. He had high expectations coming in. We were not disappointed. The room was very clean. Temperature was perfect. He keeps the thermostat low at home and was able to make it a s cool as he wanted so he could sleep good. The bed was very comfortable. I would have rather had a more firm pillow but I still rested very well. The breakfast served was very good. At the time we stayed you could make your own waffles. They also had biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes. There was a small variety of cereal to choose from as well. Drink choices were coffee, Apple juice and orange juice. Breakfast was the same every day but there are plenty of restaurants in the area if you'd rather go fight the crowds. Staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.…
