We stayed here like we have in the past. They’re working on updating the units and get the property back to where it should be. It has been a long process for them due to the size of the resort. We had a handicapped room to allow my grandfather who is an amputee to get

Matt, Thank you kindly for your detailed review. We have been working around the clock to improve the resort since we purchased it and you are so correct when you say its a long process due to the size of the resort. We have so many caring and wonderful guests, many of them who have come to the resort for 20 years and more, and it is our goal to repay each guest with a truly memorable stay and accommodations. We do have some 5-Star accommodations available right now that you may not be aware of, but we also have very clean, fully stocked condos at reasonable prices. The new pool will be open this spring and we have plans for an indoor pool to open next fall! So, we will continue to work our beautification efforts while keeping prices within everyone's budget. Thank also for mentioning our staff and the wonderful comments you made about them. Sarah and her daughter work very hard to make sure everyone has a great stay and we couldn't be happier to have them on our team. Our entire staff is second to none! We look forward to seeing you again next year. We know you will love what you see next year even more than you loved it this year.

This is an excellent resort to vacation. The lake is beautiful and our condo was right on the lakefront. Condo was clean and we enjoyed the short walk to the lake and take in the views. It’s very convenient to all the Branson attractions. We are from the east coast and found

Susan, Thank you for the wonderful review. We are happy that you enjoyed our resort and the surrounding area. We couldn't agree with you more about Dogwood Canyon and Top of the Rock. First class adventures without a doubt and highly recommended by our staff.

Dear Haugen: I'm sure you felt like you stayed at Table Rock Resorts @ Indian Point but the timeshare units are owned by a private association of which you are a part of, they are not owned by Table Rock Resorts. The timeshare company you own and stayed in is called Indian Point Resort Condominiums. You can look it up on RCI.com if you wish. Table Rock Resorts is not a timeshare resort. The unit you stayed in is NOT owned by Table Rock Resorts @ Indian Point and therefore your review is very misleading to customers of Table Rock Resorts. The unit you stayed in is owned by Indian Point Resort Condominiums and in no way represents the condos Table Rock Resort owns and operates. They are two separate entities and two separate ownerships. The RCI resort pays Table Rock Resorts to provide check-in services for their guests and also pays Table Rock Resorts for the use of the swimming pools and amenities Table Rock Resorts owns so that their guests have full use of all the amenities at Table Rock Resorts, but the timeshare condos are owned by IPRC, not Table Rock Resorts. Table Rock Resorts cannot renovate somebody else's condos, that would be the responsibility of the owners of those condos and the owners of the condos you stayed in is Indian Point Resort Condominiums, RCI resort #4321. That is where your review should have been left. That said, we do appreciate your kind words about the staff at Table Rock Resorts. We love them too! Also, I'm sure you would love to know that IPRC is in the process of updating your timeshare units. The timeshare company looked at the units Table Rock Resorts has remodeled and hired us to remodel their units too. Four of the units will be complete by the end of January and the 5th unit should be completed by the end of March.

I had a terrible experience here. The rooms are dated, looks dirty and smells weird. The gas fireplace and microwave did not work. I checked in after their office hours, so I couldn’t complain until the next day. Staff only shrugged when I told them how displeased we were with

Landon, Truly sorry about your experience and would love to make it up to you. We are in the middle of remodeling all of the units and we realize we have not made it to all of them yet. We are about 50% complete and hope to be 80% complete by the end of March. It is very large property and difficult to renovate rooms when guests are on property so much of the work needs to be done between Jan-Apr. You can view the units that have been completely remodeled on our website and I think you may have a different opinion had you stayed in one of the renovated units. We also have brand new cabins and houses on the waterfront that are 5-Star! I would encourage you to give us a call and let us get you into a remodeled unit on your next stay. Ask for Dean when you call and I will see to it that your next experience with us will be much more enjoyable than your first.

This lakeside resort has little to offer for amenities for winter/fall as all water sports and equipment has been put away and it is too cold anyway. The office is not in walkable distance and so we had to drive each time as there was no phone in the unit to ask questions

Thank you for your candid review. We have been working non-stop to improve the resort since we purchased it and we are making great progress. We have greatly improved the Spring and Summer amenities with a brand new pool, new marina boat dock being built now, boat rentals, offering free kayaks and paddle boards, and miles of hiking trails, but we agree the winter months need more things to do for guests. That is why we are currently designing an indoor pool with game room to open the fall of 2019! We are sorry this was not available to you yet, but would like to welcome you back December 2019 to experience our new indoor pool center. We continue to update and expand our guest services and look forward to seeing you again.

All of the cabins have been renovated as well as brand new cabins are currently being built on the property. We have renovated several of the condos with the goal to complete the renovations on all of the condos by the end of April 2018. You can see pictures of the new cabins and renovated condos on our website. We have left pictures of the condos that have not been renovated yet on our website as well so as not to mislead people if they were to book a condo we have not gotten to yet. However, all the condos are very clean, even the ones we have not renovated yet. I think you will be quite surprised with the property and what we have done and continue to do to improve it. We are pretty proud of all the upgrades and changes! We would love to have you make it an option again. We are certain you are going to love the changes.
