Husband and I stayed 5 nights, during the week, we also had the Inn almost to ourselves, one other quiet and friendly guest couple, 3 of the nights. We were on the first floor near the entry, kitchen and outdoor pool-patio areas, our room was very clean and comfortabe, the home was so interesting to roam inside as well as...

A great place to get away for a couple of days, especially if you live in the St. Louis area. It is only about an hour out of the metro area. The room was very nice, clean, larger than I expected, and the manor had a very nice and private pool. We went during the middle of the week during...

My husband and I had a nice quiet time in Clarksville. We stayed in 2N, it was nice. Not too big or small. There are other rooms a little more spacious. I would say if you are upstairs, it doesn't matter if you are in a room with a view overlooking the pool and the garden. They have a NICE,...

If you want to get away from your hectic life in the city, this is the place to go. It is not a traditional B&B in that the owner does not live in the home and does not prepare breakfast at the home. You check-in at the Station and will be escorted to Cedarcrest and shown to your room and...

My wife and I stayed a night at Cedarcrest Manor in the fall. It's located about 60 min. from the St. Louis area. We aren't normally bed and breakfast people, but were given a one night stay and went over a weekend. We didn't know what to expect and were pleasantly surprised. This place really is an oasis! The house...

We LOVED this place. We went to the B&B with 2 other couples. The town is small but hosts several antique and art shops. Some of them are very cool...and a great little coffee house that serves good breakfast. But other than this street with the shops and a few riverfront stores that is it when it comes to shopping....

We agree with "Mixed Feelings". The room and bath were really elegant. The food in the restaurant was excellent ( compliments to the chef), but was qutie expensive for what you get. As for the area the grounds were beautiful but this is were the good news ends. The heated pool was COLD and DIRTY, the breakfast was a do...

My girlfriends and I stayed two nights at Cedarcrest Manor. The six of us go to a B&B every year for a girlfriend trip, so we've been to quite a few different ones. If you are looking for the "normal" experience of someone welcoming you at the door with a plate of homemade cookies, and a nice cold drink...this is...

The house is gorgeous set high on a hill; The view is stunning; Our room and bath were sumptuous; and, to top it off the food at their restaurant was phenomenal!!! We enjoyed swimming in the heated pool in the lovely garden area. Then returning to the house to sip on a complimentary glass of sherry while playing one of...

On a Friday road trip up the Mississippi River to Hannibal, where we had a reservation at a cheap chain motel, my wife and I stopped for a late lunch at the Clarksville Station Restaurant. We enjoyed a delicious meal of soup, salad and unique sandwiches, and learned that the restaurant was part of a complex called Overlook Farms, which...

“If there is a 'bad room', I am not aware of it, just depends on what you need so far as which floor and your price preference.”

“All of the rooms are above average. Just one is on the smaller side, but the price reflects that and is still more than roomy.”
