Located on the main square, ideal for getting out and about. There was no lift to the upper floors so not ideal for the update fit or disabled. Our room was at the rear of the hotel and was very small and dark. The same applied to the en suite bathroom. Breakfast was served to you with no choice, just...

Yet again a hotel ideally located to get a feel for the locality though not somewhere to get an early night if you are facing the square as we were. Clean room with adequate facilities and the usual breakfast fayre offered in Cuban hotels. Staff very friendly and helpful. Unlike other reviewers the clock wasn't the problem, it was people...

The old building is perfectly located on one of the (quiet) main squares of the city. Overall, the hotel is of average Cuban quality. Nice atmosphere, lower prices at the bar, average rooms which could use some renovation. There is no elevator in the building.

The hotel is well situated on a pedestrianised square. Cars have to be parked on streets behind. There was no help with bags, which considering no lift, steep stairs and three floors was tiring in the heat. There were only 2 couples staying when we were there but we were put in small dark room. All worked, but not boutique...

but watch out for the clock on the hour every hour in the square, it finished at 11 pm and starts again at 6 so we had an abrupt awakening, which was good as we were going to the Parque Nacional. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good with the best coffee...

The hotel is in a central location. Rooms are quite small but have air-conditioning and TV (limited selection of channels) with good-sized bathrooms. Dinner at the hotel is OK but breakfast options are rather limited (no buffet). Good enough for one night.

This hotel located in the heart of the town on the main square is the closest to a good European style hotel in the week to date I have been traveling around Cuba. The place does need a little maintenance but overall is a nicely finished boutique hotel. It is also the only hotel I have stayed at so far...

The location on the main square in Bayamo is excellent. Rooms are small and rather dark, not helped by dark furnishings. Rooms in need of better maintenance - lumps of plaster missing in mine. Quite clean rooms. Seen it described as a boutique hotel, which is a rather fanciful notion. Breakfast was fine. Good for a night but not a...

This place is worth wandering into just to see the lobby and get a drink at the friendly bar. It's very impressive, and looks out onto the main square in sleepy Bayamo. Unless you get one of the very limited number of rooms that look out onto the square, expect a dark, poky room. Shower hot although lacking too much...

A hotel with plenty of character, but a bit run-down. The rooms were OK - in need of a lick of paint perhaps, but clean enough apart from that. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty going in in the square outside.
