Hotel was central and yet quiet at night. Very clean throughout. Wonderful welcome and extremely helpful. Even after we checked out,we were invited to use the lounge and toilets while we waited for our bus.

Nice and clean hotel; very friendly and helpful staff. There is not much to do in the city, but the man in charge of the front desk will help you to organize any day trip available form Paracas at the right price. Rooms are fine, but there are street lights and a someone breeding hens very close to the hotel,...

We stayed here August 2014, hotel was great location and not badly priced. Room was pretty clean. However, our final night my boyfriends phone was stolen. Since, he kept it off and tucked in his bag we didn't notice till we unpacked in our next destination (Lima). We tried phoning the hotel multiple times, and the front desk at our...

The front desk person was of great help and very polite, the rooms need improvement but for the price you pay is what you get. No A/C or fan in the room. Make sure you use mosquito repellent at night. The hotel is close to the beach and different restaurants. You can order you trips at the front desk. Overall,...

El Amigo hotel is a great place to stay if you are planning on visiting Paracas and the attractions in the area. The room I stayed in with my friends (a triple room) was comfortable and bright. Rooms were cleaned daily. Towels are provided in the rooms and there is a lovely rooftop terrace where you can sit and read...

Passable hotel in a little town. Not much to recommend Paracas apart from a decent boat trip out to see penguins, seals and many, many birds. The town was very quiet when we were there and it was difficult to find a restaurant open for dinner. El Amigo is a friendly place - the staff were very helpful and the...

We came here on the recommendation of a guy we met as we hopped off the bus from Lima so were a bit skeptical at first but pleasantly surprised. The room was bright, clean and spacious with a great bathroom and the roof terrace was a good place to hang out. What absolutely made our stay though was Antonio (i...

Nice hotel with friendly staff... Despite some difficulties to interact in English, our only language. Still, rooms are comfortable and large enough. Good value for the affordable price offered. They will facilitate the organization of your journeys around. Note that Wifi is not available has said on some books.

We were a bit exhausted after moving every other day to a new destination. Paracas is a quiet fishing village although it is being developed rapidly as a resort-type destination. El Amigo is a basic hotel, centrally located and surrounded with local restaurants and small shops where you can purchase fruits and beer and such. The room is spacious, shower...
