Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Well what can I say? What a fantastic stay I had. Situated in a very picturesque part of the town, I wish I was staying here a bit longer.

The host is always on hand to cater for your every need. The rooms are first class as are the facilities. The food is on another level too.

I will definitely be staying here more often.

This was my 2nd time staying here while visiting my father, this time I took my 6 year old with me.
Picturesque, peaceful surroundings but convenient access to the motorway.
Spacious, cosy, well equipped rooms, fabulous bathroom, superb breakfast, friendly owners who made me and my little boy feel extremely welcome.
And to top it off, super value!

Am working in the area and stay at The Farmhouse B&B every week. Always a warm welcome, spacious bedrooms with TV and with wifi, guest living room with Sky TV and a very delicious breakfast on offer when required. (On occasions my dog comes with me and is made just as welcome!). If you are staying in the Goole area or just passing through, this is a great place to stay.

My wife and I stayed for one night only as planned. Mike was particularly welcoming and happy to spend time in conversation. The large en-suite bedroom was comfortable and warm. The breakfast - superb! Despite being accessible from the motorways - a particular advantage - it was a very quiet, so helping a good nights sleep.

Great B & B in a rural, but very modern Farmhouse. Great Breakfast and easy access to York or Leeds. Very Friendly and helpful owners. Fast vifi and great for walking . A chance to experience farm life in a modern setting.

Friendly hosts. Good size room, nice and clean. The owner took the trouble to make my breakfast extra early at 6 so I could get to work fed. The farmhouse b&b is situated in a nice quiet area. Would stay again if working in the area.

My wife and I had a brilliant stay at The Farmhouse. Our ensuite room was extremely capacious with a large comfortable settee as well as the large double bed. Despite it's size the room was warm and inviting and our hosts made us feel fully at home. Will definitely visit agAin when in the area.

Warm welcome given despite me arriving late on in the evening. Breakfast was tasty and ready on time as promised early in the morning. Room and bathroom were clean, warm and homely. For the short one night stay I couldnt have asked for any more. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Had a really good stay at the Farmhouse B and B. From the warm welcome to the goodbyes the stay was just what was needed. The room was extremely large and comfortable.
Breakfast in the morning was great.
Excellent value.

Will stay again if in the area again.
