Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I stayed there for 2 wks. They were very kind, the room was clean, and they honored any request which I had with speed. They were quiet while I was there. They had a simple breakfast of juices, doughnuts, apples, yogurt and great coffee. I requested a room with a microwave and a refrigerator and I do not think it is a kitchenette. If someone wanted a larger meal there is a nice resturant 2 blocks away on the main road to the airport. The place was great for me!

This room was booked by phone directly with the hotel front desk while traveling. Several hotel sites including hotels.com and tripadvisor.com were checked before calling. Where the ratings for this hotel came from is a mystery of imagination. Anyone giving it more than a 2 for being a room with four walls had to be dealing, drunk or deranged. It appeared to have the same decor that it had when built during the depression. Unfortunately, the sliding glass door to the parking lot did not lock on the fourth wall, the cord to the window air unit was hanging on the floor, the carpet was badly worn, the parking lot confusing & dangerous with ice, the decor reeked of old cabins & ancient great-grandmothers. The management moved me to another room - grudingly - after telling my wife

This hotel was fantastic and had a very warm and friendly/helpful staff. It was very easy to find...just off exit 450 off of I-90...which was important since we had never been to Montana. The room was huge! Very clean and had free internet/HBO, etc. We had a great vacation - in large part due to where we stayed. They even had an enormous (1,000 gallon) saltwater fish tank in the lobby. It was beautiful and our kids loved looking at all of the salt water fish/creatures. We highly recommend this hotel.

The room was non-smoking, but at one time it was and the smell was still there. Disgusting. Cigarette burns in the carpet and bedspread, bathroom old, curtain hooks in need of repair...just dirty looking. Spend an $20 and go to another hotel.

We arrived around midnight to a confusing parking lot - it's split up into two areas and one of the areas is on two levels. We had to park in an alley-like area by the dumpster, where most of the spaces were in a huge puddle (although it wasn't raining). We got our room fine after calling the night duty person on a phone off of the lobby. The room was clean with dated furnishings and yellow lighting, but we were happy to see a microwave, fridge, and a whole kitchenette - sink, two burners, and a two-person dining table. The Internet worked but wasn't lightning fast. Breakfast was disappointing - two kinds of bread for toast and three cereal choices plus orange juice that was quite far removed from the fruit. I left my jacket there but when I called the next evening about

I stayed at the rimview inn in August of 2008 and was very happy with my overall experience. Everything from a clean spacious room to being very helpful to catch the shuttle to the airport. The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. The local owners seem to be very hands on and take alot of pride in the hotels appearance and the satisfaction of its customers. I will stay again in the furure.

Stayed overnight July 2008 at this pleasant, reasonably priced, hotel after flying in early to meet a group the next day for a camping vacation. We took advantage of the hotel free transportation to and from the airport that is only a few miles away (you can see it up on a plateau from the hotel). Hotel is multi-level on uneven land so the ground level of part of the building is a level below the ground level of the other. No luggage carts were available, but the staff did drive the airport van with our luggage up to our room front door on the ground level of one of the building, and then loaded the luggage into the van in front of our room when it was time to go back to the airport. Our room seemed clean to me, had a mini-refrigerator, microwave, and a large

We stayed two weeks in one of the homes operated by the hotel. It was dirty and smelled awful. The heater was not working properly and we had to call several times for someone to do something about it. They finally brought over a space heater as a solution which did not do much. They advertise that you will get cleaning services once per week. We had to call three times to have someone come over to bring new towels, toilet paper and change the sheets. The bathroom smelled worse after they cleaned it than before cleaning. Upon checking out, we found out that we had a $50 late fee because we didn't go to the office to charge our credit card after the first week. Our reservation was for 14 days and they had the credit card on file. We did not know that we had to go down to

We have enjoyed staying at the Rimview Inn several times. The location is great. Just a few minutes from the airport and within walking distance to Perkins restaurant and a public pool. Very handy off of the interstate also. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is cheerful and accomodating. There are gorgeous flowers in the summer and a huge saltwater aquarium in the lobby that is a big hit with our kids.
