I normally don't review this type of mass market close-to-the-freeway hotels (or glorified motels) as they are all the same but our stay here was an education in the latest for this category of Hilton. I believe this location is only a year or so old and therefore everything is in great shape and even the employees seem more upbeat...

This is a quiet location with a friendly helpful staff. The hotel is clean and appears to be recently renovated. The location is convenient and close to restaurants and shopping. I had a great quality of sleep during my stay. The TV also offers many channel choices.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Billings, MT is one of those hotels whose primary goal is to provide great service at a reasonable price. Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. When I needed to change room types upon my arrival the front desk was helpful to me in making that change. All my Hilton Honors perks were afforded to me...

No complaints here. This relatively new Hilton is a fine place to spend a night or two -- centrally located, the gym is adequate, the nice breakfast is nice and the staff very friendly. They also serve cookies and cold drinks in the afternoon, however the cookies were all gone by the time we arrived at 4 which was actually...

We encountered a dirty room - mold in the shower and hair, all over the bathroom, from the previous guest. We spoke to management about the issues and were offered a refund. While things looked nice / clean in the lobby, I do not recommend this hotel.

What a lovely hotel in a very busy part of town. Very nice quite rooms w/micro, fridge, hair dryer, ironing board, and adjustable beds. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was having trouble getting online and they sent someone to help me immediately. They were at the door before I had even hung up.

We were passing through Billings both on the way to and on the way from Yellowstone. We selected the Hilton Garden Inn because we've never have had a disappointing stay at one. Additionally, the TripAdvisor reviews were good which made the choice easy. The quality of accommodations and service was second to none. I liked the spin on the typical...

We stayed here for one night traveling through Montana. We paid extra for the Bed/Breakfast rate which included a full breakfast for our family of four. We thought this was certainly worth the extra money as the breakfast was just fantastic...fast, lots of variety, made-to-order omelets! The room was quiet, modern, and clean. We also liked the nearby Costco for...

Nice hotel, we traveled a very long distance to get there so we checked in really late. The staff on the overnight shift could have been a little more welcoming as we were just coming off the road, i'm sure it could have been the fact we looked worn out dirty from hiking and what not and showing up at...

Great place to stay while traveling! We travel about 200 miles to reach this city while on mini vacations or to use as a hub for air travel. While staying there we leave our car and use the shuttle service door to door to the airport and eliminate a lot of hassle at the airport. The people are VERY friendly,...
