A friend who does a lot of hot springs told us about this place. At first when we checked in we were real hesitant. Its kind of run down looking and the road to the building was muddy and not very well maintained. When we checked in the staff wasn't real friendly and we kind of thought maybe it was...

We thought we would give this a try. Followed instructions in a hotspring book that said "follow the signs". However, there were no signs and we ended up driving more then 5 miles before turning around and trying to find this place. We tried a few side roads and then finally came to one that looked like there may have...

Wild Horse Hot Springs is one of those unique places that you just have to experience yourself to appreciate it. I LOVED it! It was my first experience at any hot springs and just being able to soak in our own private "plunge" (in our room) was simply amazing. I can't wait to go back.

We drove out to Wild Horse the place was filthy. There was dirty laundry strewn about, very run down just plain nasty! The guy behiend the desk was rude. They had 2 reserved rooms for later that day and wouldn't let us in. So we went down the road to Quinns Resort. For $4. more we got to soak for...

A funky off the beaten track place, very 50's Hwy 66 feel to it, bad decor, lousy furniture, but the best hot springs water around. Private soaks (large indoor cement pools) for 2 guest rooms, plus hourly rental room soaks. Very little cold water. No place near to eat, bring your own food, efficiency kitchens. People were very nice!
