This is a motel. We are traveling in our RV. The campground is an afterthought. The “campground” is next to a hotel and behind a large bakery and large gas station. They have very few spaces – maybe 12 or so. Most of which appear to be occupied by long term folks. The hotel is across the street from a...

My husband and I are long-haul truckers and came across Fort Three Forks Motel while traveling through. Our room was clean, the staff was courteous and helpful. We will be staying here again on our way back from the coast.

My husband was going to stay there because his semi had no heat and it was going to be a very cold night. He gets there and it was closed so he called and the lady said don't I deserve to have a day off and then proceeded to tell my husband to go over to truck stop and hitch...

Thank you for your input. Yes, the motel is closed on Sunday as we are short on help, though we do accept reservations for Sunday. I was unable to accommodate the guest as I was not on site. Yes, even Managers need time to go to the grocery store. The truck stop which is 0.4 of a mile from the...

This hotel is a hot spot for workers in the area because it is one of the cheapest. It is nothing fancy, but it is good for what you pay. There is no breakfast, but there is a bakery across the parking lot that is very good. Of course there were things that could have been better, but if you...

I have previously written about the Fort Three Fork Motel and have given them good ratings in the past. In fact I have been a big fan, but that all stopped this summer. I called one evening to make a reservation and was told they only had one room left . . . the king suite. The price was $136...

The room is older, but for the most it was clean. It was pet friendly which was nice because this was our first vacation taking out dog. The people that worked there were friendly. No restaurant at the Motel but there is a Subway nearby.

This is the only motel at I-90 and 2/287. It's older no frills but friendly with clean rooms. If you are tired and just need to relax after a long drive this will work. There is no restaurant at the Motel, but there is Wheatland next door, which serves sandwiches and pastry.

Had to find a place to stay for work. Rooms a clean and well kept. A little dated but ok. No real issues and I would stay here again. The desk clerk lives on sit and was very accommodating. I had my dog with me, and that was not an issue and no extra charge.

The Fort Three Forks motel is a regular for me. I have reviewed it before and felt like an update is appropriate. There are new owners since I visited last and they seem very pleasant. I was welcomed to stay in my Living Quarters horse trailer and use their corrals as the were booked solid due to the Sturgis Bike...

“This dive is directly across the street from a stripper club, a truck stop and very noisy milling operation. You need to avoid it entirely.”

“Noise can be a factor because of the adjacent bakery facility. I don't know what it is buy they have a massive fan sounding like device that comes on that is seriously LOUD! Surprisingly highway noise is not a factor. Any room on the North side of the complex furthest away from the bakery would probably best the quietest. Otherwise the evenings here are wonderfully quiet and peaceful.”
