Had an issue after a stay there. Left a pair of glasses. Contacted the owners who said they would mail them and have heard nothing after calling several times a day for 2 weeks. Totally unresponsive to their customers. Shame after I made the effort to stay there. Won't make that mistake again.

We stayed here for three nights whilst we explored Yellowstone, it was an awesome location as it was off the busy main road but was still close enough to all the shops and stops. Our first impression of the Lodges was not good, we were rudely welcomed by the front desk there was no conversation or welcome we were just... More

This hotel consists of rustic cabins. They are OK inside except lighting is poor, and in my case the shower was pretty dire. Fridge in the room. Good heating/air con which are needed as the temperature variation at this time of year is huge. Parking easy right outside the cabin. Good location for the entrance to Yellowstone, local restaurants and... More

No A/C and the ceiling fan was loud and wobbled so much that the kids were scared. Good location; within walking distance of most of the town. Kitchen was nicely equipped and included 4 burner stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker. Shower was difficult to work and scared the 5 year old.

This was like a cabin in the woods, but with bathroom facilities, a microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot and coffee with sweeteners, etc, TV and heat. WiFi was spotty and it was not well maintained, but it was worth the price.

This looks cute in the pictures and even a bit from the outside. However, it is extremely disappointing. Thank goodness we are only here 2-nights; but two too many. May have been rustic and cute for the 1960's; when they were last decorated and "updated". There is a "kitchenette", but you can't turn around in it; one old plastic ice... More

Sleepy Hollow is on a street in the town centre, with several of the cabins opening straight out on to the pavement/sidewalk. Receptionist was offhand. They had run out of complimentary coffee and creamer for the coffee machine which was provided in the room, and the receptionists response when we asked for supplies was that it was complimentary, so we... If you want poor customer service, dirty rooms, no room service, no wifi (even though it's advertised), no storage, light bulbs that don't work and a reception that is never open this is your location. I can't stress how poor this location is, I'd rather sleep on the pavement than return here.

This is such an overpriced and poor quality cabin service. On arrival the manager was ok but not welcoming. The cabin door had swelled due to rain and was virtually unopenable. No shampoo in the bathroom so we had to use some we brought with us. The heater was noisy. All of this for around $200 a night! On leaving... More

Stayed here for an overnight while relocating from Glacier to Yellowstone while on a camping trip with my son. This was fine for what it was, and we were happy to get in with short notice. What we got: cabin style room with kitchenette, clean room and bathroom with lots of hot water. Patio with furniture in front of room... More
