We were visiting Yellowstone for 2 days, and stayed here both nights. It was very satisfactory - the room was small and cosy, with a comfortable bed, flat-screen tv and fridge.

We booked here, in part, because the lobby was so interesting. Lots of taxidermy of pretty amazing specimens. The staff are friendly, the room was nice. Clean and fairly quiet (some hall noise got in). Breakfast was pretty average, but the fresh fruit was great....More
The room we had was located on the second floor in the back corner near the street. The room was beautiful, the bed soft as a cloud, the towels were fresh and we were made to feel comfortable.

In Yellowstone it is always hard to judge--there is so much going on along the way that you will want to stop and enjoy--Yellowstone changes minute to minute, but I would judge no more than 30 minutes out--my best advise is not to have a time limit, but let Yellowstone show its many sides to you through out the day.
