The stay was very warm and welcome but I had a few issues. One of which was the attitude of the lady at the front of the lobby. Second was House keepers looked like a ragged mess. But there was one thing that my stay enjoyable and that was the nice maintenance man that was working on the wifi and... More

When I got to Battle Mountain, I found out that there were no rooms left in Elko at all, and the only hotel with rooms in BM were at the Royal Inn. The clerk at the other hotel seemed to indicate that it would be better to sleep in my car than at Royal. But I really needed to sleep,... More

Very friendly and helpful receptionist. The Location is a more quiet one away from the highway. The rooms are equipped with TV, Refrigerator and Microwave. Bathroom and shower article are present. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable. The low price includes a free Continental Breakfast. Overall a good opportunity to get some rest during a longer trip.

Absolutely disgusting. Shower appeared never to have been cleaned. It was smelly, "clean" towels were covered in hair. No. Just no. So many disappointments, I could barely begin to cover them all. There WAS a pool at one time, but instead of maintaining it or filling it in, it's covered with a tarp and collects rainfall. Just goes to show... More

I have stayed in lots of hotels and this place was the worst! I almost left! Stunk..smoke alarm beeped all night! Was afraid to walk on carpet without my shoes! If I ever have to stay in Battle Mountain again I will sleep in my car if they are the only room available!

I have stayed there twice over two years. Name has changed, facility has not. Is very popular with working oil men who are quiet, early risers, and don't party. There is a railroad about 50 yards behind the building, but we found it was not loud and added somewhat to the desert charm. Would stay again.

We did not expect much of this hotel and it could have been a great place. The room (on the second floor) we got looked pretty well and if this hotel was managed properly it would be great. But that's not what happens. Nobody seems to take care of the hallways and entrances. At least 25 bugs spread on the... More

This was the worst place we stayed on our vacation. The rooms were "clean", but looked old and run down. The bathroom was rusty with bad caulk repairs. The swimming pool was freezing cold, even in the middle of the desert. The hot tub. was filled in with dirt. The breakfast was better than expected. Try to find somewhere else... More

The front desk was nice and changed our rooms when we requested to not be right next to the elevator. 104 degrees outside and the pool was empty and the plastic poolside chairs cracked. The room seemed to be clean and the train outside was quite a surprise, but if you leave the tv on you probably won't hear it... More
