Interesting hotel for a night stay. Rooms are clean but a little dated. Cafe is ok for a quick breakfast. Of note: our trip was over valentines week on a trip to Napa Valley. My girlfriend accidentally left a small bag containing all of her makeup ($75 value) at the hotel. We were going to drive back by the hotel...

Stopped here on our way to Vegas, rooms were reasonable. This is an old hotel with lots of history. Rooms are kinda small but there's a 24 hr lounge and lots of room in casino.beds were comfortable. Ate breakfast there in the morning, goods food at a fair price. I would stay there again.

Worth checking out. I would say that it needs some updating but it would take the charm of this place away. Great place and if you get the chance to stop in I would say its worth the visit just to check it out.

I have driven past this Hotel for years on my way south and finally decided try it out. I arrived with no reservations on a Sunday night about 5pm. The check in clerk was friendly and knowledgeable about the local attractions. I asked for a non smoking room and was given the Gary Cooper room on the 6th floor. Clean,...

We chose to stay in the historic Hotel Nevada instead of a chain hotel...we were not disappointed. The room was clean, the bathroom was small, a bit dated, but also clean. Those interested in history, will enjoy the large collection of period photos found throughout the hotel, including our room. The staff was very friendly & helpful. We only had...

I was excited to stay over here. I love historic hotels - the creaks and groans. Maybe haunted.? The public areas they have absolutely preserved this feel. But then you go to your room - ugh. Room was very big and bathroom was very tiny. Room was old and outdated - not cool old historic outdated but 70"s ech outdated....

This casino only has the only Black Jack table in Ely. They have a couple of tables but they only had one open. They have a variety of slot machines. they also have a full bar with Poker games. We did not stay at the hotel this trip.

This Historic building, reeks with the history of the mining in that area. We enjoyed local brews and the most excellent pizza and calzones! The only downside I experienced was walking through the smoke filled Casino to get to the restaurant. We only ate there, we did not stay n the hotel.

If it's historic, you know it might be worth your time. Did not stay overnight but did stop in for food & drink while doing Great Basin N.P. Selection is worth it, good customer service, cheap drinks. Decor is vintage...to be expected. If it were up to me I would stay overnight next time in the area for even more...
