If your goal is to save as much money on travel expenses as possible, this place will do. No frills hotel, but we got it for $40 booking online, and all I wanted was a clean bed out of the deal. The downside was our thermostat did not work, and my husband and I were freezing, and that's saying a...

This was by far the smokiest casino. You could notice the difference as soon as you walked in. It was always very busy during our stay. They have a $3.00 blackjack table which is busy but fun. However there were few dealers that looked like they enjoyed their work. This seems to be a common theme throughout the downtown area...

No resort fee-great. Checked in several hours before 'check-in' time-no early check-in charge-great. The room was clean and equipped with what you need for Vegas trip. Plenty of hangers, towels & wash clothes. Nothing fancy, but what do you really need? The bathroom was small, but has counter space for your necessities. The only thing the room lacked were drinking...

Second time staying at the Fremont. Valet is awesome. Waiting to check in was a little longer than expected but beyond the control of the front desk person as he was left to manage by himself due to a coworker calling in sick. He was quick and apologetic and before I knew it we were off to our room. The...

We did not sleep at this hotel. We stayed at the Bellagio but two nights in a row, we took the SDX express bus to go on Fremont Street to enjoy the old and typical Vegas. The two times, we ended at the Fremont Hotel and Casino bar. The beer was only $3, the waiters were good and the atmosphere...

Stayed 2 nights comp. The hotel is smaller and easier to get around than the big strip places. Plenty of elevators that drop you right in the action, no long walks. This hotel is a good choice for the impaired of all kinds. The room was on the smaller side, especially the bathroom. It was clean and did the job....

My wife and like to stay different places when in Vegas, so we gave the Fremont a try. The first thing to note is that the Fremont caters to and targets a unique crowd. Basically, elderly asians from Hawaii. They offer special packages for rooms, meals and round trip air from Hawaii. The guest rooms are designed to be comfortable...

The hotel is very old, but was clean. Reception staff was far from great (as in most Vegas hotels). Room was tiny but clean. Casino was big and fun. The hotel is right on Fremont St, so good for a wander around. Breakfast was really good and lots of variety even for me (vegetarian). Breakfast (buffet) staff were the nicest...

Cheap Hotel in Downtown Las Vegas. Great location at Fremont Street. Helpful staff. Rooms a little bit weary but comfortable. Some outside noise because of the Fremont Street Experience. Paradise Buffet our favourite!
