Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Very convenient location for convention goers, even had access gate going to the convention center. Breakfast was awesome a lot of varieties. Rooms we're clean and comfortable. Like a home away from home. The only one thing I noticed employee seems not to get along. I've seen some arguing outside the parking lot on my last day. Otherwise I had a nice stay and and probably be choosing this hotel when I go back to Vegas

Great experience here. Nina and Sonia are really cool, with friendly positive attitude. This is a nice location too, in close proximity to all sorts of good stuff on the Strip and the new sphere. I’d definitely recommend others to stay here.

The hotel was very rundown still has popcorn ceiling. The front door doesn’t shut tight and has a big crack in it allowing roaches in the room it has a smell that is very undesirable. We checked out the next day and went to the Marriott château the week after we got back, we noticed that they did not give us a credit for the eight days and charges $4000 and refuse to resolve the situation. A manager won’t even come to the phone, knowing that they checked us out the very next day and that we stayed at another Marriott property 3 miles away they act like criminals, refusing to put Lindsay the manager on the phone a worker name, Nina

The hotel is outdated, and I felt very unsafe walking across the entire property and through walkways and pathways to get to my room (1513). Even in broad daylight. I heard many other women who stayed at this location mention the same thing. I would never have stayed here if I'd known this would be required. I was also put into a first floor room with a large sliding glass door facing a parking garage for another business. I couldn't sleep well because of this.

We had an amazing experience here, visiting from out of town to experience Vegas. We invested in the monorail pass which was right across the street to get everywhere! We were helped by Nina who was incredibly sweet and hospitable! She was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout our stay! Thank you!

Definitely had the best time I’ve had in a hotel staying here. Staff was A+, the rooms were spacious and temperature was perfect. Breakfast was spot on and had a variety of things to choose from. Located near the monorail that takes you to the strip was the icing on the cake for me. This is definitely the only place I’m staying in Vegas.

Nice stay and accommodations. Nice loft bedroom, nice kitchen. Nice people at the front desk, but very busy and wait times can be significant. Nice grounds and convenient location. Never could get the television in the main (living) room to work.
